Last night I had a few events to go to downtown, so decided to try out my new white kimono sleeve dress by Ashtyn.
The sleeves are totally fun, and the fit and cut can work for anything from a cocktail party to a yacht cruise (cue the I’m on a Boat song).
I accessorized with ‘Fandango’ earrings by Peace Images …
…and candy striped Christian Louboutin slingbacks.
Not to be overlooked: my Tiedra the Tigress bracelet fashioned by fellow blogger Jessie Adore.
I’ve gotta admit. I wasn’t 100% sure with this outfit. I never wear big earrings and the all white + billowing sleeves seemed like…a lot.
Still, I pushed myself out of my comfort zone. Sometimes you have to take risks, right?

Looking good Claire, and I agree with others your legs are to die for, I like the dress but feel the sleeves could be a little bit smaller they are a bit TOO oversize…lol but other than that I like it and would love to see how wear it again pair with different set of accessories

@Rockin I’m a size 12 in dresses (blame the girls), so I ordered a large. for a size 6, I think you can get away with a medium, as I actually think mine was a little snug. Have fun!

I’m glad you ditched the bag. A “pop” of color is not always neccessary, as suggested by a previous poster. You get that with the shoe. Love the lipstick, although I am so afraid of red on my brown tone-its hard to get right. Imma search this site because I’m sure you have some tips to help me with that!
i can’t really say i’m feeling the sleeves. the earrings and shoes are hot, and i think you should’ve taken pics with the bag too, so that the color would stand out against the white.
