Kim Kardashian was spotted out and about in NYC, before heading to Sears in Yonkers, NY to commemorate the first anniversary of the Kardashian Kollection line. For the occasion, she stepped out in a sheer tie-neck blouse from the collection, a $525 Monika Chiang Leather Pencil Skirt, and her favorite Céline sandals:

Her skirt is an on-trend take on the classic pencil skirt, in buttery soft black leather.

You can recreate Kim’s look for less with the below pieces.

Hot! The all-black look really works for here. I like the way Kim breathed life into her ensemble with mixed textures.

What do you think? Would you wear it?

  1. I don’t know, I feel like Kim is always so safe. Don’t get me wrong she has great pieces but what LA girl doesn’t. She doesn’t take risk! I want Kanye to Pimp her out!

  2. Lol@DannilleS! Yeah that skirt is huggin’ so…it’s creating rolls…I’m not feeling this one :(

  3. I really hate this new trend that has women showing of their bra’s under their shear tops. Not cute!

  4. Nope….I love the concept of the look but I think us busty girls need to wear a cami under those type of tops like the model. And her bra is straining for life…

  5. I’d wear it but with a plain black, amd not aheer, bra. Those nipple covers look like actual nipples! No, no, n-n-n-n-n-o!

  6. I think Kim is a little too old to be showing her underwear. It doesn’t say confident business woman…it say’s_________(fill in the blank)..LOL

  7. This look would look better on a pear shape like a Beyonce. Someone curvy with a small waist. Her waist is too wide for a pencil skirt. The shirt is not bad but it would have looked a bit for classy with a bow or ruffles over the bra part. But hey, this is Kim Kardashian. I can’t expect her to be classy.

  8. well, I like this look, but I still want kim to wear better bras for the girls and I think the bra under sheer shirt trend is tricky and should be executed by the “top heavy” with a full coverage opaque bra…:-)

This post has reminded me to by that leather look dress from AA and rock it as a skirt…
