  1. her house is so nicely put together love the deco but shes cute girl with cool style not bombshell but shes on her way

  2. Cute! Love the apt decor and I agree that your look seems comfortable and cute. However, like FlyWon said, those Loubs do not fit the comfy bill! LOL yikes to that heel.

  3. Style is blah and not original. But really nice apt minus the decor pillows

  4. Man i would love to get a shaggy rug, but i know my dog for a fact will tear that thing apart.

  5. I have to say it…the first thing that came to mind was: BASIC! Very Instagram-ish.

  6. AMEN TO HER APARTMENT….THATS THE REAL BOMBSHELL..INFACT SHE NEEDS TO LEAVE THE PHOTOS SO WE CAN GET A BETTER VIEW OF THE APARTMENT LOL

  7. Man…when I was in college I was happy rock nine west shoes and Coach my bag. (that I begged my dad for)

  8. Wait…what…she was busted for identity thef…now we know how she’s living it up as a “college student” ….lol

    click the link @scammeralert left.

  9. It’s a shame for those that posted I went to jail for identity, you do not know my life! I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, which that case got thrown out. If I was a criminal I wouldn’t be at one of the top universities in Illinois! Thank you for those with the positive comments! Follow me on IG.

  10. Weeeeeak! At how the bombers blew her up haaaaaaaa. Momma ways said ” don’t envy people, you never know how they got it. “

  11. Ok “Anonymous” and “Scammer Alert”, the post is about fashion. You either like her style or you don’t, clearly you have to hide behind anonymous screen monikers to spew your hatred. She is and will always be a “Fashion Bomb”!!

Luv Luv Luv your style Saunsi!!! *muah!

    @lea_retelltherapy

  12. I am cracking up at the fact that somebody posted the link!! Damn boo! Who did you piss off????

  13. Claire, I’ve been an avid supporter of your blog for years and especially bombshell of the day. However, its not cool this young woman is conducting fraudulent activities all for the sake of looking fashionable. This post should be removed. I am sure you can post another fashion bomber whose fashion is not at the expense of others!

  14. It’s crazy how her apt. is getting all the rave positive reviews, lol! She could move to the left though& show off the rest of the apt. It def has more style than her.

  15. These reports are not true about this young lady. I knew her mom. Chicago is exactly like New York BUT WORSE when it comes to accusing young blacks of stealing and identity theft. Think Macys and Barneys x 10. Its crazy here. She’s a smart girl and doesn’t even need to do anything like that trust me….

  16. Lmfaoo this is messy. Well anyway she got some key pieces but nothing new. Like everyone else show more of the apartment.

  17. This girl is a scammer Claire amd Fashionbomb Fam! I feel that you all need to be more mindful of the people that you broadcast on your social media platforms.

Here is the article of her arrest f

  18. This girl is a well known scammer Claire and Fashionbomb Fam! I think you need to be more mindful of the people you feature on your social media platforms because this is not the first person you have showcased witj a shady background/business.

Here is the link to the article. She was arrested in May for identity theft.

    http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2013-05-06/news/chi-woman-charged-with-identity-theft-20130505_1_identity-theft-court-documents-duncan

  19. And Saunsi boo you were not at the wrong place at the wrong time because you purchased a flight to Las Vegas with credit card information the belonged to someone else. That is why you and your friends were apprehended at the airport. This was May 2013. Colleges dont do background checks after they have already accepted you. Stop living trife boo

  20. wow, so does it mean that apartment and those loubs are probably purchased by someones money. Shame on you. Being a criminal is not cool all for the sake of keeping up with the jones. if this happended last year then you were not a child and knew what you were doing. For your sake i hope you ditch those friends and this thing of wanting to live the high life without working for it. side note when i saw the apt i was like thats a cool apt for a college student , i hope you purchased those things with your money. Dont mess your future honey

  21. Scammer or not she cant dress! She does not put herself together well. Im mad she a scammer tho thats what these young kids been doin lately anyway scamming ppl credit card and buying foreign cars and designer shoes. It jus doesnt add up but yea once again her style is off to me.

  22. This kid did not purchase those tickets! For the record, many have been hating on Saunsi for as long as I’ve known. She was actually in the wrong place at the wrong time! Don’t try and continue to slander her, when most of the haters are about nothing! She’s been through so damn much and continues to go to school, WORK, and keeps her head held high! Yes her apartment is the bomb because she owns her own interior decorating business! Now your crib can look amazing too, to the ones who talk negatively…can u afford? I like your style Saunsi, I know this is nothing to you because people have always disliked you for your looks and material things. But you have a bright future ahead so no worries! I don’t see ANONYMOUS On here! Sip dat tea hunti!

  23. LMAOOOO…Fashion Bombshell dreams deferred! The hair game is tight though. *sets up lawn chair for the tea party

  24. Lol you grown women are crazy as hell! Seriously, it’s about style, what does ” whatever I’ve done” have to do with how I dress, If I can’t dress to you; fine. Move on! If I can’t; thanks. I can’t be mentioned on a fashion blog because I was mentioned as a theif in other blogs?? Reframe from commenting on a twenty year old! Go to work, go to school, go cook for your man, or whatever you miserable women do! Better yet submit your pics to this blog to see if you make the cut; until then…. Shut the hell up!

  25. Her style is cute and in light of a college students consideration of style and comfort along with being trendy- in a nutshell, I think it’s fitting. As far as the other stuff- be mindful of the company you keep, and those unscathed from one of their many past lives, please cast the first stone- good day.

  26. If I had stolen credit cards I’d sure as hell dress better than this. I guess she picked Pottery Barn over Barneys.

  27. Hi Claire!

I am not sure if you are reading these comments but I think it would be cool to expand FBD to interior decorating too! This bombshell’s apartment was adorb and being a girl that likes fashion myself I know that styling doesn’t stop at outfits for most fashionistas. It may be cool to feature apartment styling too, just an idea :)

I love this site and you and the FBD are doing a lovely job :)

About this entry I think her style is cute for a college girl, but perhaps not fashion bombshell yet. Nonetheless great style girl! and cute name!

  28. Her fashion is okay…it’s the same “just add a designer bag or shoe” look. She should smile in her pics, it would make her look friendlier….as far as the article, I’m not judgin but it does seem like a lesson in watch the company you keep. I believe in the saying “if you tell me who your friends are I’ll tell you who you are”

Ps- a lot of people sipping tea today….lol

  29. Dang!! Who knew FBD went in like this?!? Pretty young lady. I saw some cute pieces. Nice decor. Yall didn’t have to do her like that though IJS LOL

  30. Style is horrible I”m sorry. Apartment is cute. Cheap pillows that are tasteless but nice layout of apartment. I don’t see how people voted her as a BOMBSHELL or even decent style (no shade hunny) just speaking facts. Outfits were not put together correctly AT ALL. I’m seeing a lot of comments in regards to arrest? Don’t know anything about it. Don’t judge because we all have pasts but that’s just stupid and tasteless.

  31. @Saunsi, I believe “refrain” is the word you intended to use. Nice hair. Great apartment. I love exposed brick. As for the clothes, some hits and misses. Interior design may be your calling.

  32. if her address is still the same as the Credit Card fraud article lists–that apt is in the damn hood–its a rehabbed apt in the middle of the ghetto.

only one of those chicks lives in a decent neighborhood and that’s Hyde Park Blvd one..and Fashion Bomb’s address was NOT that.

folks always trying to front, you can look at the old face and see she is on some shit.

    slick heifers

2 old chicks and 2 young ones–mama and daughter scam or what?? sad asses

  33. that old face, smdh

Scamming will do it to ya
was tat a mama and daughter tag team??
2 old chicks and 2 young ones,

that apt is in the middle of the hood, a rehab
she ain’t staying in HP–she on ghetto gangland “Paxton”

  34. THAT was not a blog, it was Chicago’s MAIN newspaper.

this is horrible and disappointing, I’m disgusted with this.

you can’t get away from the thievery and scams.

I live in Hyde Park and me or any of my friends have never had a problem w/being accused of anything illegal in stores or anywhere else. LIES

  35. Dont know about her style being really cute but it looks comfortable. no maaaaaaaaaam!

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
You are actually disgusting and you have the audacity to come at people with advice like go to WORK? Am I reading this correctly? Somebody wrapped up with identity theft is telling others to go to work? Somebody wrapped up with identity theft is calling other people miserable? Girl BYE.

  37. Mannnnn… Her decor is fabolousssss…. I wish I had money like that when I was in college. 0_o I absolutely love your loft.

You outfits… typical college fashionista type. Not a fashion bomb yet

  38. I’m impressed by neither her fashion nor the apartment’s decor.

The apartment itself is gorgeous. Undeniably so. But unless she did it from the ground up, she didn’t design the exposed brick.

Everything about this post is basic. The fashion and the decor.

  39. I agree her past had nothing to do with fashion. I loved your hair and your apartment decor. Your style was very hit and miss. I would like one outfit and then you would throw in an accessory that would throw the whole outfit off. Now I will say this them posting your business is not right but neither is that comment you left. You did exactly what they did to you, which was judge people calling everyone names who did not like your style. I can understand why you may have enemies especially with an attitude like that. They don’t like you? So what be kind and graceful especially if you want to be a business women. When you respond in a Nasty way you are giving those people power and labeling yourself as being bitter who can’t take criticism and very unprofessional. Don’t let your emotions get the best of you…good day!!

  40. She didn’t address those who didn’t like her style. While I agree that she shouldn’t have to address any nay sayers at all, I believe her reaction is natural for a bunch of hating @$$ grown women who are speculating over an article that was purposely posted to defame her character and deflect attention from the fact that she was posted as the days “Fashion Bomb”. NONE of u people have a front row seat to her life and if ur that nosy dig a little deeper and find the truth before you pass judgement.

And yes for women to keep the negativity going and “sip tea” and “eat popcorn” she hit it right on the head! Miserable, whack @ss chicks who hide behind computer screens, talk trash and cyber stalk. Share ur opinion of her clothes and her apartment… The stuff u can see for yourself with your own eyes. Don’t criticize her character and try and piece together her life from a damn article and a bunch of gossip from jealous loser chicks! I mean seriously y’all taking it to far…you googling her address?! GTFOH! Have several seats…smh

And I repeat… Saunsi is and will always be a “Fashion Bomb”
    #hatersdismissed

  41. Haters. SMH. This generation is truly damaged if ANYBODY thinks that (1) Her associations with identity theft are NOT relevant. I mean, who’s to say that MY identity is not paying for her “style”. (2) We are not allowed to pass judgements based on an article written by a truly legit newspaper about her being involved in identity theft but we can rate her fashion/apartment style based on photos.

    BYE

That article by the Chicago Tribune stated that EACH of them were in possession of information that did not belong to them. It’s not a strong leap in logic to assume that part of the lifestyle she is presenting here came as a result of her shenanigans.

I don’t find criminal, narcissistic, arrogant sociopaths enviable in the slightest. I’ll take my $20,000 graduate stipend-living-in-a-basement-apartment having life over charges by the age of 20 ANYDAY. Rest assured, I sleep very well at night.

  42. Sausni, you are gorgeous. You have great style for a college student. I have seen these folks on here say flamboyant, hiedously weaved up queens and ladies are bombshells. Live your life!! Shit happens!

  43. No…

No to the THOT jeans in the first pic.

No to the skull scarf in two too many pics.

    Cute concepts overall, but…no.

    Cute apartment too!

  44. Is there anyway to have to comments turned off on this portion? I think it should be just a survey. The time and energy it took do a background investigation on this young lady for a blog is ridiculous.

  45. Is there anyway to turn off the comments in this section? The time and energy it took to do a background investigation for the young lady for a blog submission is ridiculous. Revealing this her past does what?

  46. Don’t know what the motivation was behind posting that info, but it’s available in the public domain, whether a junior fashion detective finds it or a potential employer. Finding a corporate job (esp. in Accounting, HR or any other field that even remotely comes across someone’s personal information) would be impossible with an identity-theft arrest, charge OR conviction. But, yes, that’s not related to fashion and we would’ve never known if Anon had not posted the info. Not sure how to feel about this.

I cosign someone’s idea to have a FBD home décor special section! Need ideas for my new apartment and I like the white shag rug.

  47. You are in college and said “Reframe” instead of “Refrain”.

For future reference- please get your record EXPUNGED and the nets cleaned up if the charges were really dropped.

This is going to pop up over and over otherwise.

    Dropped doesn’t always mean innocent…

  48. I dotnt like those plum colored sneaker wedges what the heck is that a maxi pad in there??! In fact I dont like how she puts together any of her looks. Btw, the word is REFRAIN NOT REFAME ….college student!

  49. Well identity theft, that explains why a college student has that apartment and name brand clothing. Or she a escort.

  50. So a college student can’t have nice things you sound foolish. What about the college students whose parents have money to afford them nice things. Just say the truth you’re jealous of the things she has at 20 because at 20 you didn’t have them
