As well all know, Black Twitter and Instagram can be pretty brutal!
Its latest victim? Basketball player Stephen Curry, who took a picture with his beautiful wife Ayesha wearing a $2,390 Saint Laurent Bomber jacket and tan suede Chelsea Boots:

His classic Saint Laurent jacket has leather trim around the shoulders, and a striped ribbed collar, cuff, and waistband.
His sold out boots have an elastic side panel.
Apparently the social media derision was so heated, that it caused Stephen to make his page private (at least temporarily). After her reopened, he posted a picture with the boots on, writing, “I’ve seen some funny stuff today about the kicks but I love em! The BFFL @_raiiney with @byslr Hooked me up for the Obama x Kanye event yesterday.”
I don’t think they’re bad, but do think he styled them better the second time around. For the first go, a pair of sneakers would’ve been better.
