We’re continuing the Bombshell fab this week with the wonderful Naja from New Jersey:

She says, “After 6 years in the U.S. Air Force and 6 months in Iraq I decided to trade in my combat boots for stilettos and pursue my LOVE of all things FASHION!”

After serving my country proudly I moved to NYC to pursue my dream of working in the fashion industry and obtaining my B.A. in Fashion Marketing. “

“I have a fresh and unique perspective on fashion thru the eyes of an Iraq veteran that has seen fashion from all over the world.”

” I would like to submit my blog to be featured on your site in hopes of expanding my new favorite hobby and current OBSESSION….blogging!”

I currently reside in Shreveport, LA where I try to bring style and sass to my new home, however, I am originally from Jersey.”

I’m just an ordinary Jersey gal destined for extraordinary things!”

“I heart all things Fashion, Beauty, Family, Food, Jesus and LIFE. I am a lover of all things opulent, fabulous and gorgeous!”

Bottom line if it’s bright, glitters, sparkles or shines…..I’M OBSESSED! My style can be best described as a mix of Girlie Glam and Combat Chic.”

“I invite you to check out my fashion blog for yourself at www.NajaDiamond.com.”

Checking it out…now. And I love how you play with color! Work it!

  1. One of the best weave games I have seen in a while! her hair is on point in almost every pic. She’s chunky, but her frame is petite. she seems to have undstanding for what works well for her body. the only thing I would say is watch for anything that makes your midsection look too wide.Always make sure all your belts create a chest to waist ratio. Overall very impressed!

  2. Yes…very nice..and can I get those Spiked Sam Edelman pumps???? Overall very approachable and classy:)

  3. Love everything she has on and I am really in love with the cobalt blue heels. I would love to know where they are from.

  4. THIS is a fashion bombshell. She has a good eye for fashion. She knows what works for her bodytype. She mix trendy and timeless. Make-up and hair on point. Real shoe game. What is not to love?
@Barbara (the costumey fashion “bombshell” who couldnt take criticism 2 days ago): bookmark this, take notes, get inspired and tweak your “costumes”.

  8. I don’t even feel like reading the comments. THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT. Great fashion sense. Dresses well for her shape and thank God her weave is tight. (Im tired of the Bombshells with dry weave/wigs. uggh!! )

  9. 1. thank you for your service! 2. this is a great example of how you can subtly implement louder pieces into your outfit but still keep it elegant 3. new jersey yaahhh!!!!

  11. Yes, I first met her at the IFB conference and that blue suit was just calling me. She is definitely stylish. Love the mix of colors and that shoe game is serious.

  12. I like all except the magenta dress with the yellow belt(does nothing for your figure). I love her shoe game and her makeup is on point.

  21. A++++++++++….Naja GO GIRL.. Here is a woman on the thicker side and look at her work it..Love all the outfits..They all compliment your figure..Please educate these “big girls” on what clothes compliments their body…Some of them are so confused…

  22. Hit it out of the park!!! Fab I love it. Most wearable + relatable clothing I have seen in a long time.

  23. I never comment on these, but this particular FBOTD is spectacular! I love her confidence, her youthful yet appropriate looks, color combinations, and shoes. Refreshing to see real wearable style – instead of the usual “trying too hard” and costumey-type stuff we see online constantly being mistaken for “fashion”. I would pretty much wear every thing on here… ;)

  26. I agree with the magenta dress not being flattering for your shape/waist, kinda looks like a robe in that lighting but i do like the incorporation of the neon belt nice touch! and u truly do have nice shoes and overall have mastered your style so hats off to you

  42. Ding, Ding, Ding!!!! We have a winner. EVERYTHING–just everything. And her shoes. She’s adorable and she knows how to dress her body. Love it!

  43. OMG TOO CUTE !!!! Every single outfits like POW POW POW !!! & her shoe game is TIGHT !!!! THIS girl is DEF Fashion Bombshell material !!!!!

  44. FINALLY! Someone that we can look at and actually say “yeah, she’s stylish”. No dis to the other women, but having style has to do with a way that you put pieces together. Its doesn’t matter what the brand is, it’s about knowing how to put pieces together and how to make them work for you. There is something about this young lady where you can look at her and just tell she has style.

  45. NO. Not at all. It all looks forced, as if she’s trying too hard to be something she’s not. The clothes look cheap. All except what appear to be Sam Edelman spike pumps, but I’m not sure if they’re expsensive. Not loving anthything, from the hair to the shoes, it’s all a big no.
