I’m literally running out the door, but wanted to share the outfit I wore on Day 2 of Fashion Week with you guys…!

Though most fashion editors are rocking hard with all black, I’ve been trying to kill it with color, adding a bit of fun to my everyday wear. For Day 2, I went with tried and true J.Crew, slipping on a pair of stretch twill Minnie pants in red flame:

I added a bit of pop with a blue pair of Miu Miu glitter pumps, along with a multi colored snake bag by Cashhimi:

My eyes were tired, so I wore a pair of Jungle Chic frames from Bonlook.com. I have a *very* high prescription, so am sometimes afraid they look like Coke bottles:

At any rate, yesterday was super busy, and today promises to be the same. I’m running off to see Lacoste, Jill Stuart, Christian Siriano, and L.A.M.B. In the meantime, what do you think of my outfit on Day 2?

  6. Claire this is the first time I am not feeling your look. I really love all of the pieces but the length of the pants and the shoes are what’s throwing it off for me. What’s crazy is I love the 2nd pic. But, I will take the bag, necklace and shoes. Thankyou. LOL

  21. This is much better Claire than your last outfit with those Yellow CL’s I must say I was not a fan but anyway I love those heels they look magical and the pants etc.
    Would have been nicer if you completed the whole tailored look with a blazer instead of the fur coat, but due to weather it serves its purpose I guess.

  29. I love the outfit, mainly because I have the same J Crew pants in burnt orange. The length of the pants is perfect for showing off those blue miu mius. The combo of orange and blue..DRAMA!

  34. I love you, girl, and usually almost always loooovvvveee your looks. I love all the pieces of your look, but not all together. You look a little cold! It wasn’t that warm outside to have minimal coverage on the feet. I know it was the start of fashion week, and I am a total sucker for a glittery shoe and over-the-top ensembles, but it lost me. Maybe if the pant length was a tiny bit longer, or if the pants were skinnier and you had on the Mui Miu glitter booties in the same color, it would have sold me. By the way, can I have the pumps and the snakeskin bag when you’re finished with them?? I can come pick them up and everything… Lol
