Hey Guys!
So sometimes our Bombshells are so good, they need two appearances to capture all their fabness!
I present you, two time Bombshell of the Day, Lori from LA:

She says, “I’m a huge fan of mixing vintage into my wardrobe, I love the character of vintage pieces and how they don’t look like anything you’ll find in a retail store. It doesn’t hurt I have a knack for finding pieces at amazing prices!”

“…I’ve recently had this turn into a service where I’ve started shopping for others that don’t have as much luck with finding great vintage and retail finds for less or know how to incorporate them into their wardrobe.”

“…I gravitate towards eye catching prints like leopard and rich colors as well as staple accessories like lion brooches and vintage charm bracelets.”

“…I also often find myself wearing black and neutral colors, but I make sure to mix bold prints and colors here and there to add just the right pop of color when wearing basic and neutrals.”

Isn’t she fab?? You can see more of her style at www.hisherschicago.com.
What do you think? Hot or Hmm?

  1. Love, love, love her and her bff Moptop Maven. She is also feature in the October issue of Essenece!!
    go girl you rock!

  2. I really enjoy each of Lori’s looks.

Lori & Nikole {Moptop Maven} remain doing the damn thang when it comes to fashion.

  3. I adore how she fiercely rocks leopard prints! The folded harem pants are just gorgeous I’m particularly crazy about the leopard t-shirt w/the leather(ette) skirt. And her accessories??!! Don’t even get me started! To me accessories are more important than the clothes themselves. They take any outfit to the next level. And Lori girl, you completely understand that. The studded purse, the green & golden charmbracelet and the platform strapped sandals are simply to die for! Wow the bombshell submissions have been really nice lately, Claire! She’s one of my favorites!!

  4. Amazing!!! I love her look, it’s so unique yet so well put together! And her hair is absolutely beautiful to top it all off! (no pun intended) lol. One of my favorite bombshells definitely!

  5. Bravo!!! A real fashion diva… I love the leather skirt, harem pants, sequined jacket, and that lime green pencil skirt…

  6. I love Lori! She has her own style and rocks the hell out of that hair and vintage finds!

Congrats Lori! By the way, she’s also in the street style section of this month’s Essence Magazine.

And she didn’t pay me to say that!

  7. Thank you so much everyone for the amazing comments, I beyond appreciate it!!!

Believe it or not those harem pants were only $7 from H&M, aside from the shoes(which were all reasonably priced) I didn’t spend over $30 on a single item in any pic, including the Chanel green skirt which was a consignment find in perfect condition! I live to find things at unbelievable prices lol.

Thank you Claire and Danielle! I’m looking forward to future bombshell’s, they are such inspirations and refreshing to see so many fly ladies with great style!!

  8. love her style and fashion sense!!! love every outfit shown here..my favorite is the green skirt with the colorful top.

My only qualm, is that for the fuller-figure woman, it is difficult to find slothing and consignment shops and boutiques becasue most of those clothes are for thinner/slender people.

Any advice for us fuller-figure ladies?????

  9. hahhahaha i KNEW everyone was going to say LOOK it’s Moptop Maven’s bff!!!

Love your style Lori–> go YOU!

  10. @TAM,

I was once plus sized (14), and it is tough to scour street vintage places for those sizes but eBay and online venues where you can search by size are wonderful.

The most important tip is to get your correct measurements. Happy Hunting!

  11. I like her style. Its interesting however that every fashionista thats praised for her style has “the same style”. I guess vintage chic is in. I am not hating, I’m just saying. Fashion is a state of being, everyone is different. I don’t like to pair stripes and polka dots or cheetah prints with florals so does that mean I’m not fashionable enough. Just a thought. I am a fashion merchandising student and everyday I see the same style on campus. Everyone wants to be avant-garde and different but still ends up looking the same.

  12. WOW so great to see more of this lovely young lady!! I too am a MTM fan and of course recognize Lo!!! Go girl.
