Asia: Gorgeous face! Love the bleached, pin-curl locs. A blue or blonde dye job would set her off as well. I like the effect of the fitted and military jacket, the ruched sleeve on the dark shirt, the wrist cuff is nervy and hair accessories clash styles in a fun way. BTW she looks dynOmite in the headshot pic.
Juvaughn: Love those gold-lame oxfords! The green blazer tailors well to your frame and works w/all your styles. The capri pants (I think) highlight the shoes and the overall look wonderfully. My favorite is the look w/the scarf, hsades and fitted pants w/enough give – perfecto! Great hairstyle as well!
Now y’all know dayum well these pics are some blurry ‘ish! I think I like Asia’s makeup but can’t tell! Overall, fab display FBs! Thanks for the Gordon Voidwell variety. Would’ve been nice to see more range in Asia’s submissions.

By hood I meant that’s what girls from the hood tend to wear when they dress “fashionably”.

Asia: Flawless face! Sexy but nonchalant, fitted jackets, gorgeous highlighted, pin-curled locs, great balance of nervy/chic accessories. You look amazing in those shades, and the brown platforms and the splashes of color between darker choices – superb!
Juvaughn: LOVE those gold lame shoes! The capri pants were a brilliant choice. The green blazer is tailored nicely and works w/everything. The loosely fitted jeans(?) look awesome on you. nice balance between the gold chains and hard rock accessories. My fave pic is you in the scarf. Great long hair/style as well.
You two are a fierce duo, but you know dayum well you should’ve let us drool over pics more in focus! I think I love Asia’s makeup but can’t tell and would’ve liked to see more variety in the pics she submitted but overall fresh, sexy, edgy – right on!

Ummm…(^)…okay. I agree the guy is more polished where as the girl looks a bit unpolished. I can see where “hood” may come into play with the super thin eyebrows and the damn near black lipstick.
I love the guys style is more on point than the girl’s. Her style is almost there she just need more polish

How is black lipstick hood? I’ve seen that on high fashion runways and in mags like Vogue and Bazaar why do we have to be so quick to label each other. I would like to know what “hood” you reside in that people dress like her. Both of them look fab. I really don’t judge someone’s style based on the locale of where I think they may reside, including the “hood.” However, if I did, I would hope that I would be savvy enough to recognize that even “hood” people have style, style which has been replicated on the catwalks, even by Alber Elbaz. While I appreciate that some people feel the need to demonstrate how sophisticated they are by downing others, it’s merely a display of pretension in my eyes, especially when the word hood is thrown around like a perjorative.

IMO, it looks like her style icon is Khia (of my neck my back fame). I agreed w/ he comment that she looks “hood” because I lived in the DMV area. Its typical street style. And the dark lipstick on top of the fuzzy pictures makes it appear that Asia has “smoker lips.” I didn’t mean to offend, just giving my honest opinion.

from these pictures i like juvaughn’s style more. he comes off more tailored and polished, and still eclectic. i can’t say i’m really feeling asia’s style, she kind of looks disjointed and disheleved.

I’m from dc myself if ppl want to hate then let them your on here they aren’t ..now me personally I dig your style because its yours and that’s what style is all about being different and not like everybody else and when you put your pics up on fashion bomb you have to ready to be judged so just don’t even worry about who doesn’t like your style they don’t buy a damn thing you own …you and your homie and killin it!

I don’t see what’s hood about wearing black lipstick or cargo pants but mmh whatever. Olad either you used the wrong choice of word or you’re one of those people who uses the word “hood” for everything. Either or I don’t see it, but I wish they had better pictures to see the clothes. I don’t find anything special or particularly different of what she’s wearing than anyone else but I dont think either one of them look horrible. I do like the fit in the 1st picture of the last set just not with those gold shoes which looks to be his favorite.
