He says, “She should definitely be fresh…The women at our homecoming events know how to do it up without really doing it up. I would steer clear of blouses, dresses, or skirts! I’d probably go with really nice [skinny] jeans, a fly pair of heels (the highlight of the outfit), a rather plain tank top like top (layered with two different colors if possible), and a fly set of oversized shades (worn up for entire event, as an accessory only).”
