Hey Hey!
A few weeks ago Trace Urban TV asked me to comment on the stylish proclivities of the new generation of female MCs, including Azealia Banks, Kreayshawn, Brianna Perry, and Iggy Azalea. I honestly had to do just a wee bit of homework on a couple of them, but I was delightfully surprised by their sartorial and musical talents.

  6. Hey Claire! Love this site! No shade at all, but I’m confused as to why they would ask u about this subject if you don’t really know about the rappers….especially after u had to even research them! Was it from a fashion standpoint?

  7. @Coco no shade taken! Some of them I was familiar with i.e. Nicki Minaj, Azealia Banks, Iggy, and Kreayshawn…others, namely Brianna Perry, I wasn’t. But really they wanted my take on their style and fashion choices, tis all. X

    SN I actually learned a lot about the female MC’s through that video, when I saw it, honestly i only knew Iggy’s music, and that was the first time I heard Azaelia’s song.
