Winnie Harlow was spotted out and about at Wirelessfest, rocking a custom orange Moschino stripped dress and multicolored jacket:Her dress features the Moschino logo and a fitted black and orange stripped skirt. She finished it off with a multicolored jacket that she tied around the waist.
