  1. What I loved most is that they both sported gorgeous smiles and spirits that resonated from off the clothes they wore. I enjoyed looking at their pictures and what they wrote. And I too enjoy fashionbomb for its uniqueness, freshness, eye-catching content! I am always on the site! Thank you to the staff!

  2. I like the geometry of the black and white combo photo. Everything else looks like a bad JC Penny catalog. :(

  3. I like the pairs too. More couples submission please!

I’m seeing a theme here where the business smart looks are great but the casuals kinda falls short. Having said that the pencil skirts are dresses are very figure flattering for both ladies.

  4. Great pic quality. My faves are the black and white and the blue shirt/pink pants look. Most of the looks are not terrible, but they are giving me a, ‘I’m a southern teacher that shops at Dress Barn and Dillards and I still hang out on the weekends’ feel.

  5. They’re adorable–they remind of the two life coaches from Bye, Felicia! who have a great rapport and dress quite stylishly. Congrats and keep it up, ladies!

  6. I think if they should focus on smart/clever business /office attire. And make Fridays “casual friday” looks on their blog. ….that would be a less crowed POV in the fashion blog “market”. ….in one marketing girl’s opinion

  7. I only liked the color block photo. The rest of their outfits look kind of jumbled up and tacky to me. Not terrible, but not good either.

  8. They have Million dollar smiles. That’s a sure indication that they are in pure blist. These DIVAS have my vote. I love the styles, the color co- ordinates . Ladies, you are FABULOUS !!!

  9. Thank you so much for the feature and for all of the positive and constructive feedback! We are fairly new to this, so we are definitely learning a lot, but most of all, we are having fun and staying true to who we are! Thanks again everyone!

  10. @candy makes a good point…a blog that focuses on fashionable work wear would be nice…bc your work pieces shine through the most from your submission

  11. So cute! Pretty ladies and I thought they looked great. I’d love to see the volume turned up a bit in the hair and beauty departments, particularly on the shorter bombshell. Great submission ladies!

  12. Based on a few comments I’d say some of you suffer from “basic-mindedness”. Can we stop equating fashion with how much you spend – there is no correlation. Have we forgotten that being confident and radiating your inner and outer beauty is the largest component of fashion?? These ladies have done just that – and most of you agree. Here are two sistas that obviously have a great time together and great adoration and respect for one another and happen to look good doing so. And what IF they WERE actually two southern teachers – displaying garments that are within the means of their budgets?? What then?!? Does that preclude one from participating in submissions to this website or fashion in general?? Pul-lease (in my Claire Huxtable voice) Some of you are basic and don’t even know it.

I’d like to leave you with some quotes by a few designers that are so poignant and so fitting:
“Clothes mean nothing until someone lives in them.” —Marc Jacobs
“Don’t make fashion own you, but you decide what you are, what you want to express by the way you dress and the way to live.” —Gianni Versace
“Attitude is everything.” —Diane von Furstenberg
    AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
“We must never confuse elegance with snobbery.” —Yves Saint Laurent

In the words of your motto E&I “Do you boo!” the both of you. Enjoyed your submission :-)

  13. I like their style! Very practical and fun! I too agree with the saying..’If you love it that’s all that matters! Do you when it comes to fashion and style! Nice to see a duo. :-)

  14. @esq i don’t think anyone here is coming for how much they spend on their clothing. I can definitely attest to being a frugal shopper 98% of the time. The problem is their outfits LOOK cheap. Their clothes literally look like they dove into a k-mart warehouse.

As we’ve seen from many bombshells in the past..its very possible to look like a million bucks but have only spent $50.

In any case they are gorgeous girls, with great quality photos. Style…not so much.

  15. @Zoe I have no problem with someone saying that their style is not in their particular tastes. Nor was every look for me, I’m with that. What I think is missing is that some of the comments were just empty and offered absolutely no takeaway at all. These girls themselves even appeared in the comments saying we’re here for the constructive criticism but most people gave them nothing – just went in with the department store references. I have no problem with criticism, in fact I welcome it. That is how I learn, but the purpose of it should enhance the person being critiqued so that they know what to do differently next time, not detract from them

    Now..I’m off my hormonal rant…. :-*

  16. Let me start off by saying that, I feel compelled to share my take on the above photos. Please Eboniandiv, do not take this the wrong way because it is not my intention to be nasty or rude.

It is my humble opinion that as beautiful as you both are, your strengths do not lie in fashion. This is an honest critique after viewing each photo carefully. Your mixture and choice in color, texture and accessories is lacking. Fashion is an art form that can be left to one’s discretion but it must also make sense. Instead of following the masses of those who are creating mediocre fashion creating blogs, I urge you to find your dominant gift. God Bless.

  17. Both these women have great smiles and personalities, but the style is extremely country and basic. ”I wouldn’t call either of them stylish, but I’d say theyd make great friends.
