Today’s a Texas kind of day. Take at look at Yolanda from the Lone Star state:

She kept her description short and sweet.

She says, “I really don’t have a specific look I stick with.”

“I wear whatever looks good on me…”

“… and makes me feel comfortable.”

“For the record, my mom designs some of my clothes….”

“… like the black and yellow we have here.”

Love the black and yellow!
What do you think of Yolanda’s looks?

  1. Overall – she gets a no. But the turban outfit with the maxi is cute.
The yellow and black maxi leather vinyl combo is bordering on cute but it went a little too bumble bee’ish. Makeup game is wack. But that’s to be expected with certain type of folx — something is gonna be off with the look regardless.

  2. you know what if your gonna be that rude ^^^^^ at leats have the courage to post your name. ANON? REALLY? “certain type of folk”, and you are?

  3. Am I the only one that actually doesn’t mind black and yellow? I liked it on you…and the blue dress, but not with those clunky shoes.

I will say that the other outfits are not my style in any way, but hey…we all have our own likes.

  4. Don’t find her stylish. Liked the leather leggings and maxi skirt, that was about it. The blue sequin dress really ages her.

  5. I like the look with the black leggings and the other with the blazer but the others for me were a miss. Other than that I give you props for submitting cause the girls can be harsh!

  6. I like the outfit with the black leggings and the blazer look but the others for me were a miss.

  7. I love your looks, Yolanda. You look comfortable in your clothes, and they fit well. My favorite is the black and yellow number you have on. Followed closely by the blue dress (although I would have shortened the sleeves, and worn a different shoe that…just my opinion). It takes a lot of guts to showcase your style, especially on a site like this…so kudos to you!

  8. You “fashionista commentators” with no fashion commentary. This is great! She has the right fit, shoes, hair (except that long curly crap) and originality. She’s pretty and has a certain flare.

I wish you “stylish” ppl would at least link your site, fb or twitter so we can take a gander at all this expertise you obviously dont have that allow you to commentate for negatively and freely on the web.

  9. That blue dress is so color purple-ish.. I hated it… Sorry
    Just doing the absolute most…

  10. I mean, not good but not bad, it’s ‘iight’, I don’t want to recreate it but but it works for her, she has some ok pieces – again, i wouldn’t take it and run but she isnt the worst I’ve seen on here. I can appreciate a wide variety of bombshells…she’s not my cup of tea but I can see where someone out there might dig it…maybe…somewhere lol Not cosigning the makeup tho…

  11. I don’t like her looks really, but she deserves a C for effort…. Her mom needs to rethink some of those designs….

  12. Loveeeee the yellow and black outfit. To me the outfits seem to be OVER accessorized and the makeup is a little to heavy which can be distracting. Less is more honey!

  13. I agree with the idea that she over accessorizes…but overall, i liked certain things about each look. I don’t think her make-up game is “whack”, regardless this is also a fashion blog. Ultimately, she stands out and not in a bad way…. She’s a bombshell in her on right! and i agree, that last fit is BOSS.

  14. So lets start with some constructive criticism. Outfit#1 cute and simple, but lets swap the black legg’n (which cheapens the look) with a slim fit Olive colored pant. Outfit#2 lets say no to the pink and blue, and maybe pair the grey pant w/a mint green and lemon- yellow. Outfit#3 you can keep. #4 is cute and I know the look you were going for but lets say “HELL NO” to the stocking & try a black tattered fish net for the edge you were going for. #5, correct me if I’m wrong, is vintage. But the key to wearing vintage brilliantly is to modernize it. So lose the arm fringe, even the hem line, and pair with a cute T-strapped stiletto. The last look is ok. Good luck you look beautiful.
