Not bad, it does work for her. But I don’t like the makeup in the first pic.
I applaud you for your courage. However being a plus size girl myself its easy for our clothes to look a little mature and dated because of the cut. but its up to us to manipulate and make it work. I would suggest cinching in that waist SNATCH IT !!! And we must wear the proper undergarments. Other than that your use of color and print was superb !
S/N I have that second asos dress FYI adding a belt to cinch in the waist will work wonders.

Love the last pic, not a fan of the make-up? it’s off with your tone a couple of shades, BUT u reeled in a & got it together, so I was able to focus on your overall appearance. Going to ur instagram to see more…Not bad sweetheart!

Agreeeing w Honeybrown. When you don’t cinch that waist it looks like you’re wearing a nightgown instead of a dress or a cute blouse. Fix that silouhette. Other than that, nothing I haven’t seen before…

What is up with all the “courageous” comments? it takes courage for anyone to put their pictures up for the bombshell of the day, despite of size. Anyways I like the bag in the 3rd picture.
@Jrdesignerlover that’s why I applaud all women who decide to apply for bombshell of the day simply because there are some cruel individuals who have alot to say but aren’t saying anything At all. I’m not quite sure who said she was courageous for being plus size ? I’m saying she is a courageous woman period for allowing herself to be “displayed” so to say .
I like her style it’s pretty typical but she seems confident so I voted Bombshell. There should be a category for voting between Bombshell and “Cute, but her style isn’t my taste”, because it could be my taste but not quite Bombshell.

I’ll say it once and I’ll say it again. Giving false props to big girls does nothing for anyone. In this case the outfits are whack. Just cause she’s big and owning it doesn’t mean shite. The outfits still need to look good.

I’m impressed. She’s working the trends. Once she gets the makeup right, she will be well on her way.
i dont see a bombshell here…very regular, which is fine– except for the awful makeup, which is NOT fine…
I use to weight 250 pounds and i stand at 5foot5. I always dressed up very nice and had a passion for fashion,but my style was still limited. Now at 127 i rock it all! Nice style,but weight lose is a must. Your body can’t hold all that weight.

Her style doesn’t scream bombshell to me. I’m not going to be cruel but I’m not going to give her props just to soothe those who think big girls need love too. she’s definitely a cute girl. I’d recommend a different makeup type as the one she’s using takes away from her beauty.

People guard your comments the plus-size police … are known to not tolerate over critiquing plus-size folks. .*eye-roll* …thus i will say extremely mediocre … but gets a pass for being plus-size. (Those I offend with this … Build Bridge and Get over it!!!!)

I don’t see bombshell clothing here. The outfits are a bit ‘blah’; just clothes, nothing really going on here
I agree with what boring said about giving props to big girls. Honesty is the best policy! There’s not one look here that I can say does her body shape any justice. It’s a no from me :(

I somewhat liked her style but I definitely agree with some of the comments above that the make-up is horrid! I check out her IG and she is supposed to be a make-up artist….girlllll I would hold off on that title for now.
She looks very uncomfortable in her pictures. I know it’s supposed to be about fashion…but this was the first plus sized bombshell whose size was very distracting.

The polka dot dress was nice on you, Kolbe. As were the shirts with more of an empire waist to it. The makeup can be fixed with a trip to MAC or Fashion Fair or whoever you like but have one of their MUAs treat you right and then invest in their suggestions. Otherwise, stick with your natural face (last two pics): you’re a cutie!
No clothes look good…she needs to lose weight. It does not matter what you wear once you become vastly overweight.

I think her outfits are cute and I’m glad she is confidant but not ignorant about her size unlike some skinny females out here who might have small frames but forget about those muffin tops, stretch marks, and too simple to know u do not wear red draws with white pants#main ones speaking negative about others!

I vote no. As others have said LOSE THE WEIGHT. It is unhealthy and at this point no matter what you wear or how “fashionable” you are, your weight will be a distraction. At a certain point we have to stop embracing our “curves”. It’s getting out of hand.
Throwing together a bunch of trends from Forever 21 (or Lane Bryant) does not a bombshell make…
Love her choice in outfits. Certainly shows a woman who has great taste and knows how to put her clothes together.
The make-up (foundation) on the other hand is a no, no. She definitely needs something a few shades darker than what she’s wearing. And if she’s not setting her foundation with a powder or wearing an appropriate powder, I’d suggest she get into a toned powder, something that’s similar to her foundation.

It seems that the fashion bomb has become a place for wannabe Anna Wintours to critique those whose style they personally don’t deem as acceptable. The real fashion bombs don’t submit themselves, because they are so confident in themselves, that with or without approval, they will be fine. The way some of you go in on these women says more about you than it does about the fashion bomb in question. It’s like putting a lamb up for slaughter; let someone prance in here with big names and expensive clothes…the novices yell “yaaasssss!!!” at the sight of a red bottom. Ya’ll can miss me with that bs. I usually skip the fashion bombs. The trolls be lurkin’.

Horrible makeup, horrible fabrics. Nice knockoffs, but there wasn’t a single outfit that would make me say “You so stylish” even on a small girl.

Is it merely me or could I be delusional. I am a avid reader of this blog and enjoy the fashion bombshell of the day submissions, some I love more than others… however, it seems as though everytime a plus size woman submits the comments move beyond constructive criticism to negative, far different for women of a smaller frame like myself. Mostly every commentator wants to give advice on what or how the plus size woman should wear her clothes. PLEASE ALLOW THESE WOMEN TO LIVE, IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY SAVE YOUR SELF FROM WAISTING YOUR TIME AND OPT TO READ A BOOK OR ENGAGE IN MORE PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITY. You don’t realize words hurt more than anything and you should build these women up or leave your comments in your head

I thought most of her outfits were cute..but not bombshell worthy to me. The foundation/makeup is off..but with more trial and error youll get there. Trust me..the people the most rude comments doesnt Always get it right either..however I do think constructive critique is important. Be blessed!
