Back in Februaray we reported that Oscar le la Renta’s son Moises would be launching a line called MDLR, and today Fashionologie gives us a first look at his Fall Collection:
Seemingly made with the working woman in mind, his line contains a mixture of shifts, cap sleeve dresses and pencil skirts in earthy tones like forest green and plum. While I do see a few contemporary accents to his collection in the accessories–a black hobo with a red starburst design and a slick looking leather and suede purse–this first attempt seems dated…as if his father made it for him.
After completing internships at Phat Farm, I was expecting something more edgy, especially for someone his age! What do you think?
