2021: The First Runway

Fashion Bomb Daily’s first live runway show took place on September 11, 2021, during New York Fashion Week. Hosted by Claire Sulmers and Bevy Smith, the all-day experience featured two runway presentations, panel discussions, food, cocktails and plenty of Bomb style.

Designers included Oyemwen, London Couture, Khangle, Shane Justin and Mah-Jing Wong. Cynthia Bailey, Sevyn Streeter, Ty Hunter, Jayda Cheaves, Rome Flynn and Ashley Darby were among the familiar faces spotted in the room.

Claire Says, “I’ll never forget seeing that first runway come to life. What began as an idea became a room filled with designers, supporters and people who genuinely wanted to see us win. It proved that our community was ready for a fashion experience created with us in mind.”
