Paris Fashion Week Day 4 Recap: Christian Dior, Loewe, Alexandre Vauthier, and More!

Day 4 at Paris Fashion Week was chock-full of Instagram-worthy moments due to supreme fashion sets and galavanting tastemakers around the city. Curious about the most fabulous street style snaps thus far, check out our Real Style Report courtesy of photographer David Nynazi. For all the runway scoop, keep reading on!

Infinity & Beyond at Christian Dior

The #mirrored set at Christian Dior had to be the most talked about phenomenon of the day. Extending upwards, the oversized mirror looked as though to reflect the entire cityscape. As a replacement has yet to be named since Raf Simons’ departure, the Dior studio team put forth an on-brand 55 piece collection. Although many of the looks were full of black suiting, the vampy black lipstick and coordinating sunglasses added a touch of youthfulness.

Leather Leads Loewe

Any time Liya Kebede is spotted as part of a runway line-up, you have our interest piqued! At Loewe‘s Fall 2016 RTW show, mega-model Kebede could be seen wearing a single fringed glove, a bandaged top, and a knit skirt with tremendous elegance. Located at the Maison de l’UNESCO in Paris, the Fall 2016 RTW presentation revealed some fascinating cat motifs that hung heavy from the necks of models, who also carried Loewe’s all-famous leather bags.

Major va-va-voom at Alexandre Vauthier

You may recall Bella Hadid rocked one of Alexandre Vauthier‘s plunging neckline gowns to the Grammys in support of her bae The Weeknd. Clearly Bella has a good eye! The brand is known for celebrating sensuality and Vauthier seeks to offer his interpretation for every occasion in a women’s life.

And The Rest…

Yohji Yamamoto went super-minalimist this season, but don’t let the simplicity fool you! Each garment was carefully engineered for Yamamoto perfection. Issey Miyake channelled musicality with kaleidoscopic color ways. Chalayan‘s gender-neutral monochrome looks struck a confusing chord with the audience, but no doubt will find success in the closets of the super-edgy.
