  • Designer Elie Tahari has been served with a $12 million dollar sexual harassment lawsuit for an alleged incident that happened in 2011. According to the suit, fashion consultant Marcy Castelgrande was modeling a skirt for a crowd of about ten coworkers, colleagues and supervisors. Castelgrande says that Tahari attempted to lift the skirt “above her panty line,” and sent her away when she refused. When Castelgrande reported the event to HR, she was reportedly fired within two hours. (NY Daily News)
