British songstress Leona Lewis vamped it up on the Red Carpet of MTV’s EMA’s in a custom Vivienne Westwood gown made of layers of tulle and PVC:
She accented the frothy yet rocker creation with cat eye makeup and a soft pink lip.
Leona is gorgeous, but the dress is a tough one.
