Hey Hey!
So last night I quickly popped by Angela Simmons’s Indique hair launch event:
The entrepreneur collaborated with Indique to create Bikini, a multi textured wave pattern seemingly perfect for a day at the beach (read more about it here).
Pretty!
After sipping a few seltzer waters, I headed out to dinner with friends. Since it was epically hot outside, I wanted to sizzle, so slipped on a neon orange jacket the kind folks over at Members Only sent my way:
I resurrected my YSL Tribute sandals (last worn here) to play off the jacket’s neon hues, then toned it all down with an athletic inspired, zippered Diane von Furstenberg shift.

For the summer, I’d definitely rock the neon classic bomber jacket. It will pair well with a white racer back tee, the mint green kandee shorts from Virgos Lounge& M.E. accessories for the win. Since this is a post about Angela it’s only right to rock the new Pastry pop tart strap coral shoes, the neon bottoms are a perfect match for the jacket without being too flashy.

Having a flashback from High school so I would pair the Neon bomber with something super fun like silver metallic “sparkle” shorts, wedge sneakers (Rebecca Taylor’s ), my neon yellow oversize beaded H&M necklace, layered bright bracelets courtesy of Etsy and the Young Designers market balanced over a white Zara tank and complimented with diamond studs.
A little specific but Mama has a vision. LOL

I LOVE to combo Claire put together but I would wear a neon color bomber jacket with a graphic racerback tshirt, perhaps a Grace Jones graphic tee, with denim shorts and a pair of metallic sneakers (perhaps a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti if my bank account allows). For the summer look right now i would rock one of the neon Members Only jackets with either some ripped acid washed jeans(Rag and Bone) with a cute graphic tee and of course some colored pumps… Or I would rock the Navy Blue one for guys with red denim jeans from Zara along with a tee shirt and some simple flats (i.e. the spike slip on flats(Kanye’s).

I adore the Members Only jacket. They have stuck to what works and haven’t messed with the style since they popped back in the 80s…my brother had one.
What would I pair it with? With the coral colour one, I would slip on some slim jeans and a colourful pump or white tank and a mini for a night out.

I love this outfit!! Personally I would wear it how you have it. But I would pair mines with dark wash boot cut jeans, a plain white tee shirt, a chunky (Gold and silver mix) necklace with some lavender wedges. I love simplicity with a twist!

I love the look Claire. I would wear the neon orange Members Only jacket with a white racerback tanktop and zebra-print loose fit trousers, Poparazzi statement earrings and a killer wedge shoe to finish off the look for daytime… I would switch the pants up for high waisted sequined shorts for an effortless yet chic night time look!

The Members Only bomber jacket I would wear is the neon green jacket. I would pair this look with all black, inspired by Kanye. Black shirt, black slim-fit jeans/leather pants, with the black Air Yezzy 2. This look will easily work for females also. Ladies, who want more edgy, look just pair the same neon green jacket with black bra, high waist black pants/leggings, and Air Yezzy 2.

Looking good, Claire! Looking at the jacket, makes me want to rock in a girly MJ way. So, I would try rock my Members Only jacket in a neon pink (since it’s one of my fav colors) and pair it with a Michael Jackson t-shirt with a faded blue jeans shorts. For accessories, I would rock some funky studs, bangles, as for shoes, probably gladiator sandals (since it’s so hot outside), aviator shades. My hair would be in a twist-out fro, natural make-up and off to go!

Wow I really like that jacket!. It’s the perfect pop of color.If it were in my closet, I would ware it with a pair of cut off, high-waisted, studded, light- blue jean shorts. Instead of wearing the jacket with summer apparel, I would wear the bomber to transition into fall with pieces from my closet. For starters, I would wear the tangerine-colored bomber along with a black and white tribal printed shirt and a black wool scarf. Along with that, i’d wear a pair of black skinny jeans from Forever 21, black oxfords and bejeweled earrings.

I would rock the lavender Members only jacket with an off white fitted crop top and a pair of my very own DIY Ombre Cut Off Shorts. Not sure of the shoes…Maybe JC Litas or even Isabel Marant Wedge Sneakers. The jacket is so versative you can pair it with just about any style shoe. As for accessories I would probably add a few cool/funny buttons to the jacket. Silver HUGE hoop earrings to compliment my afro and rainbow bangles. The jacket is my statement so I would wear a simple necklace. <3 <3 I can see it now…I'm in love!! I need this jacket in my life.

That jacket gives me life. It’s the perfect jacket for a date night . Since those jackets have great neon colors i would keep that going. I would pair it with my high-waisted shorts, bronze charm open-toed sandals, and a simple fitted white tank. For accessories I’d keep it simple with my chocolate diamond studs. I’d wear the jacket with a pair of skinny stone/ acid washed jeans, a sexy fitted v-neck tee ( in a neutral color, like cream), a wild crazy necklace like the Dannijo Betty Dee necklace you mentioned earlier this week, a pair of stud earrings, and pair of peep toe wedges ( probably in cream, also).

Hey Claire! Love the look! I’d style the jacket as follows in two different ways:
#1
- Purple bomber jacket
- Flowy, white or cream colored chiffon mini or midi-length dress (Flowy like a kaftan but not floor length and the hemline similar to that of a high-low dress but of course not super low in the back haha)
- I would wear a variety of shoes depending on what look I’m going for: 1. Jeffrey Campbell black Lita Spike’s if I’m feeling edgy 2. Platform wedge red or leopard print shoe with an ankle strap which would compliment my 5’11 frame (the Nine West IVORIE platform wedge or the Giuseppe Zanotti wedge are the styles I’m envisioning)
- For jewelry, I’d wear either a metal collar necklace (if the dress has a lower neckline) or I’d layer 2-3 simple, dainty necklaces (different lengths) on top of each other.
- With this look, I’d keep arm candy minimal either with a nice rose gold watch or a dainty bracelet or two and a nice cocktail ring on the opposite hand.

- Green bomber jacket
- Destroyed ombre denim shorts with or without studded detailing on the front inner pocket worn with a simple thin, black belt
- Clean white button-up, sleeveless blouse with a pink bow tie OR a plain white tank top
- If wearing the tank top, I’d wear a simple necklace with stacked arm candy. I have a princess ring that was passed down to me by mother on my 16th bday that I’d wear and that’d be the only finger candy.
- For shoes I’d keep it extremely cool and wear a pair of my trusted Chuck Taylor low-top Converse sneakers in black or gray.

I love members only!
I was born post this lovely era and i never got a chance to embrace the trend :( But for the last few years Ive been coveting this jacket and ive rummaged through my grandmother’s and great aunt’s houses trying to come up on one but no luck :(
My style is very chill, laid back, tomboyish so I would definitely rock this with some sneakers, vanilla hightop converse or a pair of Jordans. With the sorbet orange jacket I would pair it with a bralet/bustier (floral or patterned preferably) and some high waist denim shorts. For accessories, I’d rock some major super retro aviator throwback stunna shades, and a multi chain necklace.
Not to mention my boyfriend would look finnnee in that jacket lol :)

I would pair this cute jacket with camoflogue pants, and a fitted white tee or tank. I would accent the outfit with bright (purple, pink, or blue) platform pumps. I would pair gold hoops, a couple of tiny gold rings, and a simple gold necklace to finish off the look. I would keep a nuetral face, clean winged eye, and a nude lip. you look AMAZING claire, and definitely changed my mind on how that jacket could look. Sadly I have ZERO styling talent (which is why I stay stalking TFB for tips haha) On a practical note, I think the purple jacket is a perfect light summer jacket that I could wear both on casual work days (with dark – navy or black – cigarette trousers, a blouse and heels or brogues) or alternatively on a cycling/activity filled trip with cutoff jeans or even workout wear and trainers – it looks fun on, but light enough to tie around the waist/shoulders or just fold into a rucksack.

This is by far my favorite look of yours Claire. You look like perfection from H2T! and Im not even trying to flatter u either (lol.. with a side eye)
Anyway, I love that purple jacket, it will go perfectly with my… OPI nail color I picked up recently and can’t get enough of.
The coral will do too, I will pair with either a white dress, or a burnt orange dress…

I’d wear the neon orange members only jacket with a graphic black & white tee, a black sequin body-con mini skirt, black garter print tights, knee-high black boots, and white/black/gold accent jewelry. :)

I would rock with a solid white fitted tank with some high-wasted bleached destroyed shorts a turquoise or purple thin belt. a turquoise or purple Jeffrey Campbell Lita. Throw my hair in a high messy bun. And a nude lip.

I would wear the Member’s Only jacket(green or orange) with a pair of khaki skinny jeans, multi-colored Steve Madden wedges and with a white tank under the jacket and pair it all with some nice accessories.
Simple Chic! It can be worn to any event.

I would wear it with my fav. Denim Skinny’s a basic white v.neck big glasses thick gold chain bracelet to match hair up n a high bun with some wedges…comfort clothes :)

great jacket! this can go from work to play with the quick change of accessories and shoes!!! all the bright colors are so cute and now!!! members only have really made it possible to “stunt like my daddy”…who wore his m.o. jackets throughout my childhood!!! lol

I would wear the purple bomber jacket, a basic black corset top, Current/Elliot neon arrow jeans (all neon jackets match these jean!!), and purple giuseppe zanotti asymmetric eel pumps. DIY neon accesories. The motel Batik Tie-dye body con dress is also nice with these jackets

Go ‘head Angela & loving your look Claire! The neon pink bomber jack would look perfect with my own Express black ruched mini skit, white racerback asymmetrical tank, Aldo white and neon green lined summer wedges. And to add the finishing touches, I’d have my wrist stacked with gold and silver mix bangles and simple crystal studs. Hope I win & if not hope you dig my outfit idea :-)

I love the “Member’s Only” jackets…I personally would rock my “Member’s Only” jacket with some cut-off shorts and my new Reebok Classics’ for a girlie casual look…I so need a “Member’s Only” jacket in my life

I think they’d all look nice with a solid colored body con dress or for a casual look a nice pair of cut off jean shorts and solid black or white tee with a bad pair of shoes.
