Newcomer Joan Smalls has been ripping up the runway the last few seasons, despite her just being signed Elite two years ago.  Having already becoming the face for Ports 1961 for their spring/summer 2008 ads and walking shows the likes of Oscar de la Renta, Tracey Reese, and Heatherette, she’s surely one too keep your eyes open for.
