This week we are showing lots of love to London Bombshells. Especially if you attended Cocktails With Claire in London!
Today’s Bombshell is servin’ with lots of edgy looks. Behold Olivia from London, UK.
She writes, “I am a fashion stylist and style blogger from London, U.K. I believe I have a simple minimalist style.”
“However, my outfits do depend on my mood or even my hairstyle. I’ve had short hair for more than 5 years. It gives me the confidence to try different ways of dressing.”
“I love standing out and being different from the crowd. It’s all about having fun and expressing yourself.”
“You can check out my Instagram page (@olivianatalie) or website (oliviaakot.com) for my outfit ideas and inspiration.”

So Fashion Bomb Daily is in London! We had a successful Cocktails with Claire yesterday (pictures to come), and have been on the scene, taking street style for London Fashion Week.
Behold what David Nyanzi was able to capture:
Black and white is always chic! Add flavor with a colorful accent, like rose colored shades.
Athleisure is always trending. This young lady took her look to the limit in Puma separates.
A sheer embroidered skirt added punch to a white button down shirt. Chic sunglasses and a beret were welcome accents.
Jaden Smith is a force to be reckoned with. After growing up in Malibu, California, and having two prominent African-American actors as a mom and dad, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, he has certainly blossomed into his own with acting, rapping, modeling, designing, fashion, and philanthropy. He is one-of-a-kind and typically likes to keep it that way. That is why he is our Man Crush for the day.
Since ‘The Pursuit of Happyness’ debuted in 2006, Jaden has shaped his own identity, from his swag, signature loc’ed styles, and clothes.
Goodbye locks! At the 2017 Met Gala Jaden felt it was time for a change but still wanted to say one last farewell to his signature look. Since then, he’s turned over a new leaf, experimenting with hair dyes from blonde to shades of red. We won’t be surprised if there are more hairstyles to come.
This young entrepreneur is steadily killin’ the fashion scene. He enjoys layering his looks, oversized apparel, prints, knitted clothing, and wearing mix-matched shoes. In an aesthetic described as streetwear mixed with skater gear, no one can touch Jaden’s sartorial swagger.
So I’m in London for Cocktails with Claire U.K. (Get your tickets at PopFresh.Eventbrite.co.uk)!
Yes, I hopped on a British Airways flight and should be resting, but am wide awake, tapping away. It will take me a while to get over the Jet Lag, but I’d figured I’d use this time to update The Bomb Life! Before I left for London, I had a book signing at the Just Bobbi shop on the first floor of Lord & Taylor!
Lots of fly Bombers and Bombshells stopped by, including Carmen Lilly, Alishia Crutchfield, Arnold Milfort, Efe Tommy, and Ty Hunter!
I also met lots of new readers. It was fun and fabulous! And now, my book is available at a retail store. You can stop by Lord & Taylor at 424 5th Avenue in New York and get a signed copy of my book at the Just Bobbi store! How cool!
Beyonce has a thing for House of CB! She’s worn the affordable brand for many occasions, and even hit up the Diamond Ball last night in New York in a $165 Serafina dress by the brand:
She added doses of glamour with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and $795 Giuseppe Zanotti platform sandals. Jay Z looked dapper himself in a Burberry tux.
Her dress skims the frame and features a high slit.
The velvet, leather, and satin sandals are set on a sturdy platform to balance the towering block heel.
Mixing high and low? I like it!

This week was loaded with tons of fashionable events; consuming calendars with show after show. Towards the tail end, celebs convened for Rihanna’s 3rd annual Diamond Ball. Not to be a spoiler, but this weeks heavy hitters, based on your most liked looks on Instagram, were remnants of the high profile event. Shall we?
As the guest of honor for her 3rd annual Diamond Ball, Rihanna was a stunner in an all black Ralph and Russo high/low gown showcasing her gorgeous legs. Always one to make a statement, Riri went with dark bold makeup so not to soften her look, and give it more umph! Can you imagine her statuesque frame as she sashayed in the room commanding the train of the gown as it followed suit? This was a great take on the classic all black.
Hello again, to Cardi B for the third week in a row. Though she didn’t make first place, she is not far behind coming in second. We’ve seen Cardi B in a plethora of styles. Again, she has proven with this look at this years’ Diamond Ball that she is fit to be in any room. I am in awe of the versatility and evolution of her style. In one weeks’ time she went from trekking through NYFW in haute street styles to looking like Cinderella in a magnificent pastel gown by Christian Siriano! There is not a thing she cannot rock. Go, Cardi!
Of course Tyra made this list! She looked like a goddess in this Stello gown at America’s Got Talent. One thing for sure, is that Stello delivers when it comes to sensuality. The 3D sheer number left nothing to the imagination. Tyra’s blonde curly tresses laid beautifully against the luxurious threads. She owned the stage with his one!
We’re still here for the atypical shirt/shirt dress trend. Lil Mama aka Niatia Kirkland showed out at Phillip Plein’s show in a Apartmento 03 striped shirt dress. Just the right ‘fit to attend an unconventional designers show. Garments are not the only things that pull a look together; it must be replete with hair and make-up, which is exactly what took this look to the next level. Simple yet fierce!
Sevyn was as sweet as could be in a Johnathan Simkai jumpsuit, which I’m sure most thought was a two piece (myself included). The camel colored bottoms were the perfect tones to wear for Fall. The beauty of fashion week is that you’re able to play with different styles throughout the week that may or may not be your typical. That’s just what Miss Sevyn Streeter did this week. The switch up never hurt nobody!
Rihanna showed them on both men and women with neon PUMA logo ribbons for FENTY x PUMA.
Fenty favorite Matthew Adams Dolan showed them with floppy brims in solids and stripes—paired with oversized, button-front shirts and cargo mini skirts.
Rosie Assoulin accented red carpet-ready gowns, party-worthy crop tops, and dramatic, floor-grazing skirts with the timeless hat.
Hellessy also showcased the style with graphic t-shirts, functional striped trousers, and sultry dresses.
Rihanna has worn bucket hats religiously throughout the years, so we aren’t surprised that she created her very own this season.
And how could we forget icons LL Cool J and Run DMC who made the style legendary in the 80’s.
