Our favorite Georgia Peaches sat down for their Reunion recently! And while the show doesn’t air until Sunday, we have the fashion credits for you well in advance:
Eva Marcille sat pretty in a Shawnte Elizabeth dress and Dolce & Gabbana heels. Cynthia Bailey looked banging by her side in a Jovani Fashions golden gown:
Shamari Devoe sat next to Kandi, who opted for a gold Sherri Hill dress.
Shamari looked brilliant in a green sequined dress by Haus of Falenci’ago. This is one of her best looks.
Porsha showed off her baby bump in a reunion favorite, Beeombi, styled by Jeremy Haynes.
Nene Leakes skewed subtle in a one shoulder Lanvin black gown and Christian Cowan Sandals.
Marlo Hampton was gorgeous in a dress inspired by vintage Thierry Mugler.
Guests gathered at 98 Greene Street to shop it up for Spring, with a portion of proceeds going towards Camba. Attendees nibbled on hors d’oeuvres from Negril New York, sipped on juices from Drink Fresh Juice, and received makeup touch ups from Nars.
Bombshells and Bombers showed up looking Spring Pretty!
Take a look:
And Love & Hip Hop Miami’s Shay Johnson popped by in a red and black look.
As for me: I have found the ultimate Spring Suit! I slipped on an Alice & Olivia neon blazer, Cowl Neck Top, and Dylan High Waisted Pants for the event.
I had to go a couple sizes up in the pants, but they fit like a dream! And they come in 5 colors! Get yours here for endless summer dressing.
Convos with Claire kicks off it’s 2019 season with an enormous bang in good ole’ Memphis Tennessee, where various legends were born and created, such as the iconic celebrity Mr. Isaac Lee Hayes, Jr. Hayes was a great American singer-songerwriter, actor, voice actor and producer. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.
Among his many, many talents, Sir Isaac Hayes, was a fashion standout in his own right. He became well known for his signature dark shades, full beard and inspirational afro-centric, yet rock star attire worn when he performed or was spotted out and about by fans.

Born in Covington, Tennessee, Isaac was raised by his grandparents. Hayes rose to stardom through his church, teaching himself to play numerous instruments, including the piano, organ, flute and the saxophone. While working odd jobs, Hayes started singing in local night clubs, and soon created a Southern soul music label called Stax Records along with another powerhouse music writer and producer David Porter.
His accolades include creating the musical score for the movie “Shaft” in 1971. At the young age of 29, he won the Academy Award for Best Original Song, musical composition in 1972 for the “Theme from Shaft.” His one of a kind outfit worn when he recieved his award is on display in the Hard Rock Cafe located in Memphis. Hayes was the third African-American after Sidney Poitier and Hattie McDaniel to win an Academy Award for any category honored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He also nabbed two Grammy Awards that same year and a third Grammy for his album Black Moses.

Last week, the hip hop world was shaken to its core when 33 year old rapper and activist Nipsey Hussle was murdered in front of his store, Marathon Clothing.

Nipsey Hussle was a young man on the rise, who used his platform to spread positivity and give back to his community. Though his life was cut short, his legacy, brilliance, and contributions will live on.
Friends and fans have been paying tribute to the late great rapper in style.

Issa Rae showed love on the ‘Gram, wearing a t-shirt with artwork by @DaRealIcon.
This anonymous young lady sported a braided hairstyle by @D_Model_Material, adorned with colorful beads, arranged to look like Nipsey’s face.

Russell Westbrook also represented at a recent game, wearing Marathon Clothing. According to Yahoo Sports, “Westbrook tallied 20 points, 21 assists and 20 rebounds in a 119-103 win over the Los Angeles Lakers, recording the second 20-20-20 night in NBA history.” “That wasn’t for me,” Westbrook told TNT after the game. “That was for my bro. That’s for Nipsey — 20 plus 20 plus 20.”

Getting the smart casual dress code just right can be a challenge. Finding the perfect balance between casual and formal can be tough, but with a few statement pieces such as a button up shirt and a simple dress, you can accessorise accordingly to find an outfit that is both perfect for a casual weekend and also formal enough to wear for a busy day in the office.
Whilst it’s fun to experiment with style at the weekend, it can also be tempting to stay in your pyjamas. However, the rose long sleeve high neck pullover is a great piece to have in your weekend wardrobe. With a high neck and long-sleeves, you can feel comfortable whilst looking your best. This outfit can be worn to your office if you have a smart casual dress code, just pair it with a jacket and high heeled boots. This can also be worn with your favourite pair of jeans and some trainers to dress it down for everyday wear, making this the perfect addition to your wardrobe.
If a jumper is slightly too casual for you then this classic take on a little black dress may be the perfect option. This black wrap frill mini dress has an elegant v-neck to flatter all body types. This can be worn to a house party or on a night out with family and friends. The wrap design accentuates your waist, framing your body perfectly. Pair this look with a leather jacket and boots to protect yourself from the winter chill or wear as is for a night out on the town in the height of summer, either way, this little black dress is perfect for you.
Another fashion must-have for spring and summer is the San Diego shirt in vintage dots. This stylish button up shirt can be customised to suit your style, whether you choose to wear this with jeans for a casual look or a pencil skirt for a day in the office. To take this look from day to night, unfasten some of the top buttons to create an open neckline and draw attention to the shoulders. For a day in the office, pair this look with natural makeup and loose flowing hair to avoid drawing attention away from the overall design.
This simple top is truly unique and can be worn in a multitude of different ways. By having a large range of button-up shirts in all colours and patterns you can stick to the smart casual dress code whilst expressing your own style.
Which option will you be adding to your new season wardrobe?
