Beyonce stunted at a Samantha Thavasa event in Tokyo wearing a cute layered black sweetheart dress, platform blue pumps, and a metallic bag. She accessorized her simple chic look with gold hoops and a charm necklace.
If you want Bey’s look for less, try these affordable options:
Layering.
They say, “The Fly Guys Layer it up for the Summer/ Fall/ Winter Transition. Fall and Spring are the best Season’s to layer up in a FLY way.”

Givenchy created an alluring pair of cut out Lace Booty Sandals, but at $840, it was only a matter of time before it spawned lower priced versions. Enter Wet Seal’s $15 Strappy Lace Heel.
The lower priced version is made out of PVC instead of leather and lace, but you can still manage to add some edge to your look with the 4 inch heels.
Hey!
So I was perusing Angel of Concrete Loop’s new blog, Angel on Fire, and came across a post promoting men’s style blog, Street Etiquette. When she called the creators of Street Etiquette, Trav and Josh, the next generation of fashion, of course I had to check ’em out!
On Street Etiquette Trav and Josh offer their thoughts on what’s hot for men, and take their recommendations a step further by snapping pictures of themselves rocking the latest trends…
For fall, they were feeling Cowichan Knit Sweaters and Duffle Bags, so took pix rocking the looks:
Then followed their photo shoot with numbered collages featuring items you need to cop–now!
In addition to their uber creative takes on trends, the boys also hit up events like Fashion Week, snapping pictures and making lovely collages along the way:
What do you think?
If you love, be sure to check ’em out at www.streetetiquette.com–and tell ’em the Fashion Bomb sent you!
Today I was introduced to Nikita Clothing (www.nikitaclothing.com), an Icelandic streetwear line made for cool girls around the world.
Their winter collection includes snug jackets, progressive denim, knitwear, artistic prints and everything else to polish off a style savvy and energetic lifestyle:
The prints give off an MIA or skater vibe, and the coats look comfy and warm!
So I’m not much a sneaker gal, but started to change my mind a bit when I saw a friend rocking a pair of cute Reebok Basquiat sneakers. Not only did she receive tons of compliments, but the sneaker’s edgy design added a dash of funk to her casual outfit–I was sold!
Imagine my delight when I peeped these Opening Ceremony x Keds exotic print sneakers:
At $125 they’re a bit much for Keds, but these could totes work with a pair of skinny jeans as an alternative to my run of the mill Tory Burch flats.
What do you think?
The funky shoes will be available at Opening Ceremony stores in December. Will you indulge?
