Yikes! This one’s a toughie. But, I think both ladies rocked this set! While Nicole and Micah have different body types, I love how the pieces accentuate their curves.

First Lady Michelle Obama gave a rousing speech at tonight’s Democratic National Convention, saying, “I wake up every morning in a house that was built by slaves. And I watch my daughters—beautiful, intelligent, black young women—playing with their dog on the White House lawn. And because of Hillary Clinton, my daughters—and all our sons and daughters—now take for granted that a woman can be president of the United States. So don’t let anyone ever tell you that this country isn’t great, that somehow we need to make it great again. Because this, right now, is the greatest country on earth.” Preach!
Kendall Jenner showed off her model stems in the streets of NYC wearing a pair of One Teaspoon leather shorts, a black crop top and Zimmermann Fall 2016 Printed Jacket:
The metallic, printed, boyfriend-style blazer features a fringe detail in the back.
Kendall’s street style looks completely effortless. Hot!
Lady Gaga gave a modern spin on a vintage look as she attended her god daughter’s baptism wearing a Carolina Herrera Spring 2016 RTW Powder Pink Dress:
The floor length dress is rendered in a sheer fabrication with a camisole slip and features a standard collar, elbow length sleeves with buttoned barrel cuffs, front patch pockets, and a elongated hem.
Gaga’s white frame sunglasses and vintage inspired powder blue bag completed her retro look.
Carolina Herrera is such a classic designer and Gaga definitely did the dress justice. I’m enjoying the softer, old-school glam look. Hot!
So according to my friend, Gucci Mane’s Snapchat is off the chain, and him and Keyshia Kaior are hotter than Kimye! News to me, but I’m intrigued.
Anywhoo, the it couple appeared at Atlanta’s Privé club last night, with Gucci wearing a $940 Maison Martin Margiela Intarsia sweater, an Hermes belt, and white jeans.
He accessorized with $895 Margiela Future sneakers, Dior Metallic sunglasses, and copious diamonds.
His white and grey cotton blend intarsia knit sweater has a key-hole neckline, long sleeves and a ribbed hem and cuffs.
Not 100% sure of his sunglasses, but these look similar, no? The sold out Metallic frames have a mirrored topline.
His leather sneakers also come in black and red colorways.
Gigi Hadid was clad in all-black alongside BFF Kendall Jenner in the Big Apple today. For their day out, she wore a $2,155 Jitrois Black Jourdan Dress and Isabel Marant Fall 2016 Grommet Wrap Boots:
Her lambskin leather LBD features a sheer illusion neckline and faux python embroidery.
Her boots were shown on the brand’s Fall runway. Looks as if Gigi buckled hers differently to create the crisscross effect.
I like this casual take on a cocktail dress…though she must’ve been burning up in NYC’s crazy heat! Her KITH cap was dope too.
Gigi’s boots aren’t up for grabs just yet, but you can get her dress here.
Let’s be honest: Rodarte is very much an enigma to most. The design duo comprised of sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy create the kind of designs that seem to be plucked from a modern-day fairytale—very often unwearable, but almost always absolutely stunning. They’re a red carpet favorite for the likes of Nicole Kidman and Tessa Thompson, but we all know that being a go-to for movie premieres and photocalls does not a profitable brand make. But somehow they sell—like we said, enigma. Well, the pair are opening the shopping floodgates we thought to be imaginary before today with their very own e-commerce site:
“We really started talking about doing e-commerce about a year ago, thinking about how we would want to approach it, slowly figuring out how we could develop something in a way that would reflect all the different variations of things that we do,” Laura Mulleavy told Vogue.com. “We want to have direct access to our consumers, and also the people that would want things we have that aren’t available in smaller cities or in certain areas of the country.”
The Mulleavys wanted to spice it up with their online section: a variety of price points and products that they were sure both their diehard fans and those just learning about the brand would want to buy. As well as everyone in between, of course. Shoes, jewelry, t-shirts, and even a book are all up for grabs.
We were saddened by the lack of runway designs, but it’s something the brand is hoping to include down the line. Of the choice, Laura Mulleavy said, “I think that runway, for us, is going to take a long time to translate our very fine products online. It’s something we’ve always been careful with all online vendors, in figuring out what the right voice is. “
And Mulleavy did address the brand’s standpoint on selling. “When we do a collection, I don’t really think we think so much about what’s going to sell because I don’t think we can ever predict that. However, when you do see something coming together and you think, ‘That’s so pretty and I want that!’ it’s a fun and exciting moment.” In an industry that is so heavily focused on see now, buy now, it’s certainly interesting to hear their point of view.
Mulleavy explicitly stated that they’re bringing back old pieces that they’re constantly fielding requests for. So if there’s something you’ve loved from Rodarte’s archives, make sure you let them know!
And the end goal is an actual brick-and-mortar store. That will certainly be a sight to behold with a star-studded guest list.
Along with Gucci Mane and Keyshia Kaior, 2 Chainz was at Atlanta’s Privé nightclub yesterday evening wearing a $675 Gucci Striped Polo with Snake Embroidery:
He decorated himself with sparkling jewelry.
An embroidered snake appliqué is applied along the collar of this polo accented with a gold embroidered bee detail, a new iconic symbol for Gucci.
Mr. Chainz’s exact colorway is sold out, but you can get a few other colors here.
Guys, would you splurge?
**Ladybug wrote in and gave us the scoop on Chainz’s kicks! They’re Adidas x Pharrell Human Race NMDs Sneakers:
