Today, we have two style heavyweights battling it out! Italian blogger Alessandra Airo recently rocked Fendi‘s Spring 2016 Semi-Sheer Printed Chiffon Mini Dress for Fendi Roma’s 90th Anniversary celebration. She also wore sizzling red pumps and a floral embellished clutch. But, our girl LaLa Anthony also uplifted the same piece at the 2016 CFDA Awards while adding black ankle strap sandals, a sleek ponytail and a gold belt.
The runway version was paired with a blue snakeskin tote and Fendi velvet lace up mules.
Isabelle Fuhrman made a striking fashion statement as she attended AOL’s Build Speaker Series in New York for her upcoming film Dear Eleanor while rocking an eccentric Christian Siriano Resort 2016 Hot Pink and White Textured Ruffle Sleeve Cocktail Dress and pointed patent leather pumps.
The playful pick uplifts dramatic ruffle sleeves, a textured dual-tone printed palette and a clean silhouette. While Isabelle chose the safe route by donning understated footwear, the model’s (as seen below) zig-zag patterned cap-toe pumps served up more as a more unexpected selection.

Urban is the new classy in my opinion.”
“A lot of celebrities mix urban with classy and it has become real trendy.”

When I was younger, I remember seeing somewhere the phrase, “Beauty is what beauty is.” I’ve always carried that with me, believing that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, forms and ways I LOVE today’s Beauty Bombshell, Carla from Los Angeles:
“At the age of 53 I put more attention on my health and having a fit body.”
“A nice brow with mascara and a little lip stick can do wonders! My fashion style is best described as classy with a whole lot of confidence!”
“When it comes to my skin, I really enjoy using coconut and sweet almond oils.”
“To maintain an even skin tone on my body ,I use Ambi fade cream only on my knees, elbows and any unwanted scar marks. Carol’s Daughters makes a Lavender & Vanilla body cream that is divine.”
“For my skin care I always use sun screen and rotate my products.”
“Currently I’m using a line by Klarif. My makeup is by Flori Roberts. I use Tan/C2 and Praline for my base and Amber for my press powder.”
“My makeup look varies with my mood. Many days I just keep it simple but when going out it’s all about the glam!”
WERK CARLA! What I love most is that you show beauty 1) starts from within, and 2) doesn’t HAVE to be crazy colors, a ton of products or anything more than the natural look. If ya’ll want to see more of Carla, head to her IG: @fabnfitbycarla. So what do you guys think?

Queen/superstar model Naomi Campbell left the entire world speechless as she attended The Serpentine Summer Party co-hosted by the legendary Tommy Hilfiger. The 46-year-old beauty wore a custom Navy and Gold Ombre Sequin Embellished Gown from the brand, flawless makeup and icy diamond accents.
This shimmery one-of-a-kind gown includes a beautiful ombre effect, a fitted waist and a plunging neckline.
The simplicity of this piece screams sartorial sophistication while the exuberant sequin embellishments allow the dress to (literally) shine!
Say what you want, Naomi KILLED this look! End of story.
Rita Ora was spotted out and about on her Instagram while uplifting a Tony Ward Couture Fall 2016 Floral Embellished Sheer Lace Jumpsuit, an lustrous black clutch and a flowy blonde ‘do.
The fashionista’s sensual ‘fit showcases a plunging neckline, dramatic sleeves and scattered red, blue and emerald floral embellishments. As seen on the runway, the model opted for peep toe platforms and minimal accessories.
Beyoncé is one of many celebrities who has made a statement on the untimely and unfortunate deaths of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota.
“We are Sick and Tired of the Killings of Young Men and Women in our Communities.
It is up to us to take a stand and demand that they ‘Stop Killing Us.’
We don’t need sympathy.
We need everyone to respect our lives.
We’re going to stand up as a community and fight against anyone who believes that murder or any violent action by those who are sworn to protect us should consistently go unpunished.
These robberies of lives makes us feel helpless and hopeless but we have to believe that we are fighting for the rights of the next generation, for the next young men and women who believe in good.
This is a human fight. No matter your race, gender, or sexual orientation. This is a fight for anyone who feels marginalized, who is struggling for freedom and human rights.”
Hats off to Beyoncé for taking a stand and using her platform to empower.
As we reflect upon this week’s events, we must ask: What is the solution? Gun control?
Let us know your thoughts.
