Out of all of the celebrities releasing lip kits, this one makes the most sense! The iconic MUA, Pat McGrath, is bedazzling her way into a beauty store near you with her new “The Lust 004” lip kits.

The kits includes two matte lipsticks, a metallic gold glitter, a micro fine glitter, and a clear vinyl gloss. Each kit will be sold for $60 here.

There are several videos circulating social media with tutorials on how to apply the glamorous lippie. The kit seems to be a hit for celebrities already, last Sunday, Naomi Campbell was spotted at the MTV awards wearing the “Bloodwine” lip combo.

The lip kits hit McGrath’s site on August 30th, and is set to be released at Sephora on September 8th. The three sets come in the three shades, Bloodwine, Flesh, & Vermillion Venom.

It’s a model face-off!  Heidi Klum looked red hot at the live taping of America’s Got Talent wearing a Jitrois ‘Zipi’ dress.  Winnie Harlow was spied wearing the same dress in black a few months back:

Heidi’s suede Jitrois dress was paired with red ankle-strap pumps and red lipstick.

Winnie wore her dress with black Jeffrey Campbell lace-up sandals.

The suede, stretch dress features asymmetrical zip detailing across the chest and thigh area.

Confession: I’m completely obsessed with Justine Skye’s purple hair! It totally suits her and her modern take on the fishtail braid at the VMAs on Sunday was utterly fabulous and fun. Derick Monroe took the beauty reins and did not disappoint:

Here are the steps to recreate Justine’s hair for the occasion:

To prep, Derick combed Dark and Lovely Au Naturale Length Retention Nice & Neat Braiding Custard through Justine’s hair—it kept it neat, moisturized, and provided a light hold. He then brushed all of Justine’s hair backwards.

Next, gathering a chunk of hair at the top of Justine’s head, Derick separated it into two ​halves​.

Derick then began the fishtail by taking a few strands from the left section. Next, he ​crossed it over and tucked it under the ​right section, so that it is now ​being held in his right hand. He then did the same for the opposite side, ​adding additional hair as he crossed over.

​He repeated the steps until all hair was pulled in and finished with a regular fishtail braid. ​

Derick continued the fishtail and secured the braid with a ​hair tie at the ends.

To finish, ​Derick used Dark and Lovely Au Naturale Length Retention Tame and Strengthen Edge Saver to smooth the hair around the hairline.

From Fort Greene, Brooklyn to the big leagues, this week’s beauty crush is none other than singer/songwriter Justine Skye.  The native New Yorker debuted almost four years ago and since then has experienced a steady rise in the music industry.  Her talent knows no bounds–neither does her beauty.

For starters, despite the array of violet and turquoise hues that permeate her mermaid inspired mane, the vibrancy of the colors never clash with her makeup or her outfits.  You’d think with all the dyes her mane goes through, damage and breakage would be prevalent.  But whether cut short in a bob, sporting a curly afro, or with hair down to her waist, it never lacks shine and bounce.

  

Whether she follows a strict beauty regimen or if she’s just born with it and doesn’t have to scour the shelves for skin products like the rest of us, Justine’s ebony skin simply emits an enviable glow.  Her face provides the perfect blank slate for makeup artists to play up her gorgeous features with light contouring techniques.

Whether it’s a nude lip paired with a subtle smokey eye, or a bold pout exhibiting vivid colors, Justine’s makeup is stunning enough to leave onlookers breathless.  And it never seems caked on or overpowering.

 Talent and looks aside, the 21 year old Purple Unicorn displays such an agreeable and down to Earth personality and has an undying love for her fans and supporters.  And being signed to Roc Nation and Republic Records this year is the cherry on top.
