Her watercolor print dress features a round neckline, keyhole detailing, long semi-sheer sleeves, slip pockets, a fitted waist, and knee-length hemline.

Climate change is looming over our heads and tons of fast food ads are being shoved down our throats. But, the world isn’t over yet. Our minds can rest at ease knowing how many health conscious lifestyle bloggers there are looking out for the us who don’t place health and fitness in our top five on the list of priorities. But there’s one who takes the cake, and probably swapped it for an organic one. Hannah Bronfman isn’t your typical “avacado toast, acai bowl, matcha obsessed” Instagram blogger. She hits the gym…hard…like American Ninja Warrior hard. She spins on the turntables at some of the biggest events around the world. A red carpet it-girl and THE go-to person for the latest in beauty hacks, organic food spots in New York, and spa treatments, Bronfman stays on the pulse of everything health, beauty, and fitness oriented, hence her lifestyle blog HBFIT. Where else would we find out about microcurrent facials? And how does even squeeze in the time?
With Instagram being so “of-the-minute” as it relates to how quickly posts are shared, Bronfman loves showcasing how quickly she gets ready when there’s no glam squad. A little oil-free tinted moisturizer by Honest Beauty and she’s good to go!
When she typically adds color, Bronfman likes to make things pop with a touch of mascara on her upper lashes and either a red or plum to tint her lips. Stila’s “Stay All Day” Liquid Lipstick in “Beso” ($24) is usually her top choice.
Spinning on the ones and twos may be work for Hannah, but she easily hits the right tune with her eye makeup. A winged eye for her leather top and slicked back hair for a classy-meets-rebel vibe. A subtle smokey eye for nighttime to add a little dimension to her lids. And even a bit of glitter on her lash line during a Coachella set. It’s all about those tiny nuances that make the impact.
Whatever the occasion, she always meshes a classic face with doses of personality, especially when it comes to her nails. She swears by the work of nail artist Mei Kawajiri, who creates fun, elaborate nail designs respective to occasion and even pop culture. From Kimojis to shimmering stars to bridal caricatures of Hannah and her husband, Brendan Fallis, for her wedding day, Hannah loves expressing herself not only through what she wears, but through her gorgeous manicures.
Her beauty regimen is just as stringent as her workouts, as she’s a firm believer in taking care of her body from the inside out. From boxing to pilates, you can almost always see her working up a sweat on her Instagram stories, in between DJ’ing and vacationing with her gorgeous mother, of course.
Here’s to this week’s beauty crush, Hannah Bronfman. Not only does she use her platform to promote a healthy lifestyle through clean eating and fitness, but she also encourages young women to live a fulfilling life through self-love and owning inner-confidence, despite insecurities. We couldn’t agree more!

People choose to smoke for all sorts of reasons. Some like the nicotine hit that smoking gives, whilst others smoke simply because they think it’s cool and stylish. Smoking is often seen as being a rebellious and anti-establishment activity, and many smokers find that image attractive. Yet, the damage that smoking does to a person’s physical appearance is far from attractive. We’re all aware of the harm that smoking can do to our lungs and other parts of our bodies, but we tend to ignore the damage done to our appearance through long-term smoking.
Most people are aware that smoking involves breathing in a veritable array of harmful chemicals, which can cause health problems throughout the body. When it comes to your skin, breathing in carbon monoxide from cigarettes reduces the levels of oxygen circulating through your bloodstream, which in turn impacts on the skin’s ability to regenerate and repair itself.
Since the skin does not receive sufficient oxygen to function effectively, it tends to lose colour and radiance. As the skin’s ability to regenerate is impaired, more wrinkles appear, and ageing is accelerated. This lack of oxygen means that the skin cannot repair itself as quickly as for a non-smoker, and it becomes increasingly drawn, tired-looking and sallow.
However, more and more people have found that vaping gives them all of the things they enjoy about smoking, without the harmful effects that cigarettes bring. Vaping involves the use of an e-cigarette, which heats up flavoured e-liquids, to provide the same nicotine sensation, but without the tar and harmful chemicals that are present in regular cigarettes.
E-liquids do contain some additives, but these are relatively harmless, when compared with cigarettes. In fact, research carried out by Public Health England (PHE) suggests that vaping is 95% less harmful than smoking regular cigarettes, and the NHS has publicly endorsed it as a proven method of giving up smoking. Making the switch from tobacco smoking to using e-liquids is a smart move, and you are likely to see significant health improvements by doing so, and not just in terms of the condition of your skin.
Your skin’s health should show signs of recovery after just a short amount of time, once you switch from cigarettes to vaping. Of course, the longer you’ve smoked, the more damage will have been sustained, so noticeable improvements could take longer if you were a heavy or long-term smoker. The skin’s ability to regenerate itself is quite remarkable, so with patience, even the most damaged skin should eventually look visibly better after quitting smoking.
Now that vaping has moved from the sidelines to the mainstream, it’s the perfect time to ditch those conventional cigarettes and switch to e-cigarettes. Your face and skin will look much healthier, and you’ll feel better throughout your body. The longer you leave it before trying to quit, the more harm you are doing to your body, and the less chance your body has of recovering. E-cigarettes could very well be the answer, to help you quit smoking once and for all.
Happy Fashion Bomb TV Tuesday!
We’ve been slacking a bit with Fashion Bomb TV, but I am here in LA accumulating lots of great content so that we will have regular episodes every week!
Today, we don’t have interviews, just quick recaps of my shopping IG live event at Moschino and my book signing/brunch this past weekend at Serafina on Sunset, co-hosted by Legendary Damon and Monica Payne.
Enjoy Moschino here:
Bomb Life book signing here:
The fun continues next weekend with a Leading Change with Style event on Sunday, July 16th in Indianapolis, Indiana:
Also, Cocktails with Claire x Ty Hunter Washington, D.C. is going down on Sunday, July 30th from 3-6pm at the Wonderbread factory at 641 S Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. Get your tickets at CWCTYDC.eventbrite.com.
This past weekend, Fashion Bomb Daily held a fabulous brunch at Serafina Sunset, hosted by yours truly, Legendary Damon, and Monica Payne. With sounds by B-Hen and Bova, Sunday’s Kool was certainly the place to be this past Sunday in LA.
These fashionable brunches, like Cocktails with Claire, are chances to network and have fun with industry insiders! Take a look at who popped in:
DJ Kiss and DJ Mos struck a stylish pose, with Kiss in a denim jumpsuit and Mos in cool black t-shirt.
Aspiring blogger Ashleigh kept it casual in track pants and Bomb Gucci flats.
These Bombshells rocked mini skirts and the best accessories: smiles and copies of The Bomb Life!
All yellow looked divine on this braided beauty.
Heels and cute bags were on the menu for these brunch goers.
I grabbed a pic with celebrity stylist EJ King, who popped a duster over a tee and jeans.
And the event hosts rocked neutral tones! I rocked a Halston top, Marc Jacobs skirt, Louboutin Heels, and a Gucci scarf while Damon worked Moschino, and Monica slipped on custom pieces and a Hermes belt.
Before the festivities kicked off, I signed a few books and said hey to California Bombshells.
Today’s Bombshell is Felecia from Lanham, Maryland.
She writes, “My style is modern chic with a trendy edge. I more so dress how I feel. That’s what I love about fashion, it’s all about self expression.”
“I just love feeling comfortable and confident in whatever I wear.”
“I have been blogging for 6 months and part of my research has been discovering new brands or boutiques. It has really been an amazing and enlightening experience.”
