The Teen Choice Awards went down last night, and we covered a litany of looks over on the ‘Gram! For those of you who just want the highlights, behold the top 10 looks from the annual awards ceremony:

Rita Ora was a vision in a pink Alexandre Vauthier dress, accented by metallic sandals, pink lips, and a pop of yellow hair. This look was playful enough for the occasion, yet still saucy enough to play up her femininity. Jason Rembert does a fabulous job of styling her, and this time was no exception.

2. Ryan Destiny in Damir Doma: 5,749 likes

Vibrant color is key for a show like the Teen Choice Awards! The runway piece is simple in construction, with a cinched waist and a single breasted closure. Haute heels added a fun twist. She slays! Hats off to stylist Scot Louie.

3. Paris Jackson in Zimmermann: 5,142 Likes

Paris Jackson is a beauty, and her good looks were the canvas for this almost ethereal floral Zimmermann dress. Hot!

4. Pepi Sonuga in Lie Sang Bong: 4,162 Likes

Pepi Sonuga was a vision in a butterfly adorned Lie Sang Bong dress. Turquoise heels added an unexpected pop of color.

Zendaya has been clinging to a sparkly pajama trend as of late! Her choice for the Teen Choice Awards? A sequined stripe set from Ashi Studio, along with Le Silla sandals.

Law Roach styled Ms. Moner in a Sophie Theallet dress,and cited Betty Boop as an inspiration. We love it and can’t wait to see what this starlet does next!

Naya Rivera gave the Texas tuxedo a twist in a puff sleeved chambray shirt and distressed jeans by Marques Almeida. White pumps and a sparkly belt completed her casual red carpet look.

Balmain is always a good choice for the carpet. The simple houndstooth dress didn’t need much to shine. Black sandals and studs were the perfect complement.

Chrissy recreated one of the full looks she put together for the collaboration! Her sweatshirt is crafted from Japanese cotton terry. It features a cropped hem, split V-neck, drawstring satin ties, dropped shoulders, slightly flared long sleeves with banded hems, and a boxy fit. Her trousers boast an elasticized waist, side pockets, raised center seams, and center slit hems.

Chrissy was dressed to the nines in the perfect vacation ensemble with precious baby Luna in tow. What’s not to love about her satin tropical print co-ord from For Restless Sleepers? The set was just the right fit for vacationing in Italy.

I love the addition of the knotted turban and oversized sunnies which kept it laid back and chic. This is how you show out on vacation without doing too much. Love!

So I guess I’ll start there, what better than to rock the perfectly trimmed curly ‘fro to a show that celebrates the beauty and power of the black girl-spot on! Rarely do we ever see Issa rock a sheer dress, but boy does she look good in this Lei Lou by Alex dress. From the deep plunge to the thigh high split it’s safe to say, ISSA WIN!

We are never not crushing on Halle. She wore a flirty ACLER dress to Live with Kelly & Ryan this week. The striped dress possessed a few trending attributes such as the deconstructed off the shoulder neckline and the wrap tie waist; two of which you could never go wrong with this season. We are going out with a bang with the popular sister duo, Chloe and Halle! The two looked sweet as pie in midi length bodycon dresses by Dolce & Gabbana at the Variety #powerofyounghollywood. Young Thug is the newest face of Adidas Originals! To celebrate his appointment, he slipped on an Adidas Kimono, created by Gabby and styled by Zoe Dupree.

Young Thug is known to push gender boundaries when it comes to clothing. He famously wore a dress on the cover of his mixtape, Jeffery.


When we interviewed Young Thug in March, he cited Prince as one of his style inspirations.

Legendary Prince unabashedly embraced a stereotypical feminine aesthetic of ruffled shirts, curled coifs, and even high heeled boots.


Clothes are simply a form of expression, and artists should be able to push boundaries as they choose. The best push boldly, regardless of judgment.
