A DC native, Diandre graduated from high school at 17, and went straight to college in Philadelphia, getting a degree in fashion design. He began his career styling Pepa from Salt N Pepa, and went on to style Kelly Price and Tamar Braxton before meeting Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts, one of morning television’s most beloved anchors.

Today we have a designer dispatch from LA! Introducing Perry White, and brand whose mission is to, “provide the multi dimensional woman or man with adaptive wearables that allow the individual to flow through the day with effortless ease.”

Design was always in Perry White’s blood. He says, I was bitten by the design bug at a very young age, as a small child I would watch my mom as she made clothing for private clients as a means of supporting our family. I remember being fascinated as I watched her crafting garments and would try to mimic what she was doing. She would give me her leftover scraps, a sewing needle and thread and allow me to “live out my dreams.” Fast forward a few years, as a teen, I became known as the kid in the Neighborhood that could make cloths and was once of referred to as a fashion designer. I had no I what that was but I loved the sound of it and once I found out the meaning I knew what I born to do.”

He continues, “The Perry White customer is about fashion and functionality, they are the individuals that believe that the garments that you wear must not only make a statement of confidence and self awareness but must also speak to conciseness of the times that we live in.”

White continues, “The Perry White brand is different from other clothing companies in that I have dedicated much of my design career to customizing clothing for private clients, and I try to bring that experience to my online customer base, in that we are able to cut and sew garments that are out of stock, right in our design studio, in an effort to go above and beyond and keep out “clients” happy, and wardrobes them in the Perry White Styles that want to purchase regardless of the season.”

Three bombshells, one bomb pair of YSL Niki Zip boots! Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, and Ciara each added their own flair to these thigh high’s.

Nicki kicked it with Lil Uzi Vert when she wore the boots teamed with an olive green bodysuit and long curly tresses. 

Cici also had curls galore, but she opted to wear the boots with a denim on denim ensemble. The boots worn with jeans really have a way of elongating the legs. Cute! 

Queen Bey went for an edgy distressed look when she rocked her boots. She showed off her hot legs with ripped off denim shorts and paired them with a Gucci AC/DC tee. Bey completed her look with a Dolce & Gabbana denim jacket.

The Waco to Wakanda themed 2nd Annual Wearable Art Gala had one of the most visually pleasing red carpets we’ve seen. Queen Bey was one of the two honorees and she made an entrance as grand as an honoree would. She stepped out in jaw-dropping custom Falguni Shane Peacock India couture dress. 

The curve-hugging gilded dress featured mesh with metallic cut outs. The train of the dress was a rumpled statement that had to be carried.  “The cut-outs were strategically placed to mimic the shape of armor, as worn by the Nubian armies” designers Falguni and Shane Peacock told WWD. This embellished frock was absolutely fit for a queen. 

The songstress and honoree completed the look with dangling Jean Paul Gaultier earrings. How does she always manage to rock these heavy earrings so flawlessly?! Must be a Queen Bey thing! 

Blue Ivy accompanied her mom and dad in a very similar gold ensemble. She donned a custom Anna Kiki Couture dress that was almost identical to Beyonce’s elaborate train. This cutie teamed her dress with a custom gold headpiece by Diva MP Couture. A princess, indeed! 

What’s better than one hot dress?! 2! Beyoncé not only stepped out in her custom Falguni Shane Peacock India gown, but she was also draped in a SS18 Jean-Louis Sabaji Couture Spinx dress for the second portion of the night. The silk dress boasts a graphic of sphinxes and a draped chiffon skirt on the bottom half. Bey added her own flair with golf plated cuffs adding a ballon-like look to the sleeves. Hot!
