Who remembers Beyoncé’s iconic braided ponytail during her Formation Tour in 2016? We sure do! It was more than a hairstyle, but a moment!
Whether all of her hair was braided up in the ponytail or just the ponytail itself was braided, she rocked it! It was apart of her choreography and the culprit to many “Mood” memes following that tour.
Bey’s longtime hairstylist Neal Farinah is known for creating iconic looks like this one, especially while she’s on tour. All summer we watched her tour Europe wearing her signature curly tresses and at times a half up, half down do. We knew she was bringing the heat to the states! Earlier this week when she the On The Run 2 tour hit Philadelphia, she brought the braid back!
For some reason this style screams Sasha Fierce! It’s nice to see Bey switch it up on stage every now and then.

Today I received a google alert pointing me to Zumi Blog, where I was matched against Nigerian superstars Toke Makinwa and Lisa Folawiyo in a battle over who wore these purple Balenciaga boots the best.
I’ve worn the boots several times, but they highlighted my checked fashion week look.
Toke and Lisa gave me styling ideas, with Makinwa wearing a white shirt dress and Folawiyo in pretty pink.

They don’t call her Jenny from the block for no reason! Jlo hit the streets of NYC rocking the most effortless look–a crisp shirt dress and over-the-knee denim Versace boots from their Resort ’19 collection.
The casual chic slouchy boots are the perfect denim staple to any basic look. The feature Versace’s staple buckle on a belt looped through holes at the top of the boot. They even have pockets on the side! Versace took denim boots to the next level, you’d almost think they were jeans if they came up a bit higher.
I would’ve loved to see Jlo rock the hat too from the look book snapshot. Her slick back pony and bomb shades will do! Cute!
