Fashion Bomb Product of the Day: Wigs by Glam Lace Paris

Instagram Reproduction: @glamlaceparis

The Fashion Bomb Product of the Day is featured by Glam Lace Paris. They offer premium wigs in Paris, France. Their beautiful wigs were seen recently on Cardi B., Kylie Jenner, and worn by our Fashion Bomb Queen Claire Sulmers, when she traveled to Paris for their much anticipated Fashion Week.

What kind of wigs are offered by Glam Lace? Lace wigs, which are the latest fashion fix for hairstyles. They offer the most natural finished look & feel, so you don’t have to worry about it looking too apparent that you’ve got a wig on. Lace wigs give you a realistic look from every angle because of the natural hair growth along the front hairline.

Have these descriptions convinced you enough that you should get one? Shop these amazing wigs at @glamlaceparis on Instagram.

When talking about lace wigs, there are generally two different types. There are full lace wigs and frontal lace wigs. Full lace human hair wigs have a base that’s made fully of lace, unlike the lace front wig. This means full lace wigs are a bit more versatile than a lace front wig because they can be worn in different hairstyles. This puts full lace wigs at a higher price point than a lace front wig as well.

Other distinctions between these two types of wigs include:

  • Full lace wigs are more flexible than front lace wigs. This means that you can wear the wig no matter the kind of natural hair that you have. For instance, when you’re bald or have a diminishing hairline, this kind of wig will still work well for you.
  • Full lace wigs are more lightweight compared with other wigs, making it a more comfortable option to wear.
  • Full lace wigs look more natural vis-a-vis other kinds of wigs. This advantage adds up to your element of style when you’ve got it on you. These can even be dyed so it’ll fully match your natural hair. This makes it easier for you also to style and work with your wig to match the latest hair trends.

Generally, the choice would also be dependent on your sense of style. But, rest assured, Glam Lace Paris has these options for you. Are you now convinced about buying one? Wait up. It’s also worth knowing how much an average wig of these kinds would cost. Visit https://www.keswigs.com/help/how-much-do-wigs-cost/ to learn more.

It’s suggested by hair professionals to wear your wig no usually longer than 6 weeks. That way, you can also preserve its quality so it doesn’t look obvious that you’ve got a wig on.

This timeframe, however, can also depend on how you use and care for your new temporary mane. The maximum length of time can vary depending upon the type of wig adhesive you use. It’s best to go to your professional hair salon to get the best care and advice. Check out some suggestions for “The 7 Golden Rules for Wearing a Lace Front Wig” at blackdoctor.org.

Final Word

With more advanced processes today, the products in the beauty industry have also greatly improved. If you fancy wearing wigs (or if you have to), gone are the days when they’d look all plastic-y and fake. Today, wigs have become more realistic than they ever used to be.

Of all the many options for you to choose from, lace wigs are some of the very best that you could try. Now that you’ve got more insights about it, all that’s left for you to do is to head on out and start shopping for that wig!

Show Review: Balmain Fall 2019

Balmain’s Fall 2019 show was located in a cavernous space, illuminated by blue flood lights which offset the glossy white/gray floors.

Balmain’s signature leather jackets, capes, and pants were enlivened with shiny textures: think studs, spikes, crystals, and patent leather.

Models walked to an 80’s soundtrack and sported 80’s silhouettes to boot: strong shoulders, large decorations (bows on hips), and select slouchy ensembles that could have been pulled from Boy George’s Culture Club.

The collection married old and new, classic with contemporary for another outstanding show. At the end, Olivier Rousteing took a bow with his Balmain army: a bevy of beautiful women all dipped in shiny, sexy, threads.

Neon “Lights” Up Fashion Trends

Hello dearly loved “Fashion Bombers!” Today the Fashion Bomb Daily team highlights the look of neon once again this season! This chic obsession is back! Our favorite fashionista & fellow stylist Emily-B was spotted decked out in the trend shown above. We’ve seen the stand out shade everywhere. From sneakers to shirts, jogger sets, jackets, dresses and much more!

The color was a great accent to the All Star basketball game in Charlotte, North Carolina this year, as part of the theme for Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s foundation and amazing new STEM center they opened up for the Charlotte community as part of the All Star events. Check out Stephen in a laid back, yet sharp Under Armour track suit & his dope branded collectible neon sneakers. Basketball legend Muggsy Bogues blessed the court, with Big Tigger as he was there also to support. Tigger was also sporting the sweet kicks with a classic tee shirt and jeans with ease.

We’ve also seen multiple fashionistas in this pop of color recently such as our favorite funny chick @watchjazzy also wearing two trends at once, (snakeskin in neon), and @mzskittlez with her precious baby girl Zoe, in matching outfits outstandingly accented in mommy & daughter neon. See the ideas we loved on these ladies below.

You’re probably wondering what other ideas are available for wearing this color. One of the best ways to dress in neon is to use it as a pop of color in your casual attire. You can also wear this color for a night out. It’s best to reserve it for those occasions. The most common stylish ways include adding it as an accent color with sneakers or workout clothing. Tops and mini dresses for the ladies are very attractive in this color as well. Even lingerie tops with jeans are sexy, yet sophisticated for an ocassion such as date night or a party with the girls.

The magic of the 80’s is the obvious feel for this hue.  Here we have the look on the lovely @toyawright and her adorable daughter below. Do not be surprised, you may also see shades of hot pink and bright turquoise on the runway this season. As always, make this statement your own if you feel the urge to do so, do it! Happy Styling loves!

Fashion Trend We Love: Animal Print Magnestism

Snakeskin or cheetah? Zebra and leopard.  The fashion industry’s obsession with animal print continues!  It’s pure animal magnetism.  The online Encyclopedia Britannica defines this to be “presumed intangible or a mysterious force that is said to influence human beings. The term was used by the German physician Franz Anton Mesmer to explain the hypnotic procedure that he used in the treatment of patients.”

No wonder the use of animal prints in fashion never dies. Check out the above adorable dress by @Jluxlabel. It is a timeless element in everyone’s wardrobe, and worn by young and old, male and female. Today the Fashion Bomb Daily team gives our amazing readers a quick lesson and fashion fix in this key trend, especially since it was one of the themes of “Convos with Claire” last year!  We are excited for this year’s events! Stay tuned to Fashion Bomb Daily for the upcoming schedule!

Now let’s talk our favorite up to date styles when it comes to animal patterns!!  Just go for it! Wear what you are most comfortable with and feel good in is a major fashion motto.  If you do not want to wear too much of the print, try a scarf or skinny belt, even add matching shoes or a purse.  Accessories in animal prints are probably the most popular for every day wear and are fine for business casual looks too.

The big movement this season is snakeskin in neutral hues and classic leopard or cheetah prints. Tiger print was also seen fabulous on the catwalk during New York Fashion Week @theblondsny fierce runway show. See the incredible stylish look from the show & the neutral snakeskin trend offered tastefully by The @JessicaRichCollection.

Of course other animal prints are still widely acceptable and worn with ease and flare such as zebra, giraffe, cow patterns and definitely alligator and crocodile. These prints are coming out strong in unusual but fun colors of pastels and even stand outs like bright red. Do not be intimidated by the use of color. Check out our amazing Queen Lala Anthony at NYFW last year in Stella McCartney.

Try it. Why not start with his fabulous dress below for spring featured exclusively by @Saisankoh. Fashion is fun, creative and always the best mood indicator; it should always enhance your look and your life! Happy Styling!
