More often than not, guys don’t put much thought into their outfits during the colder months because let’s face it; we just want to be warm.  But winter attire can be just as creative as spring/summer wear.  Gear up with these options:

Jeans:

Drake and Tyrese take steps back from slim cut jeans and focus on a more straight, relaxed fit with a darker wash.  You don’t want to feel too constricted and washed out in an already drab season.  Get the look with these options:

Boots:

Aside from practicality, the right boot can pull together an entire look.  Take a gander at the ones below:

Puffer/Bubble Vests:

Whatever you want to call them, down vests can make a chilly day just a little more comfortable for you.  Bonus: they can be worn over just about anything…from a long sleeve tee to a suit.  You can never go wrong with a black patent puffer vest, but if you think you can rock one with some color, choose one below:

And finally…Flannel Shirts

Okay, flannel isn’t exactly a new trend, but layering a puff vest over a flannel shirt can create a fashionable look (without looking like you’re trying too hard).  Match a flannel with one of the vests above for a style that’s all you:

Black Nail Polish has long tread the line between goth and chic, but seems to have made a recent resurgence amongst some of pop’s foremost faces:

If you’re going for a rocker edge, let your nails chip a little like Fefe Dobson’s. Go for super sophisticated with unchipped nails, long or short, like Solange and Raven.
