July is in full swing and it’s the last day of the Couture shows in Paris.
Despite the full-on glamour going down in Europe, celebs kept it relatively tame this week in on-trend crop tops, designer shoes, some stylish workout gear, destructed denim, and more.
Let’s see what they wore!
Karrueche Tran showed off her enviable abs in a button-front cropped shirt, high-waist denim, and those coveted Tom Ford Padlock Pumps while indulging in some retail therapy in LA. Hot!
Jennifer Lopez even smolders in workout gear! The superstar was spotted relaxing in Southampton in a tied-up tank, leopard leggings, and bold running sneakers.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend watching Wimbledon in style. Loving her knit fringe dress!
Kendall Jenner traipsed through LAX in a sweater to keep her cozy on the plane, a tied-up t-shirt (which you see was a trend this week), destructed denim, her favorite Jimmy Choo boots, and an Aurelie Bidermann x Balmain bag.
Bare midriffs are clearly the move for Summer and Christina Milian flaunted hers for a night out in the City of Angels, sporting a printed baseball cap worn to the back, a long-sleeve olive top, high-waist black destructed denim, and platform sandals.
Can you take another flash of abs? Demi Lovato closed out the week in a navy and white tie-dye cutout dress while out and about in NYC. She’s won me over with her style choices of late.
Happy Thursday, Bombshells!
Today, I thought I’d bless your screen with 2nd time Bombshell, Suliann from New York (by way of Kingston, Jamaica):
She says, “ I am currently studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology and I am a fashion blogger at www.servingstylenyc.com based in New York.”
” I use fashion as an escape from the hardships I face in life.”
” I don’t have a specific style, my style is always changing.”
” I am not very talkative so I like to dress according to my mood and allow my outfit to communicate how I am feeling that specific day.”
” I am a fan of you and your work and I wish you all the best in your endeavors.”
” Attached are some of my outfits. Have a great day!”

So I’ve been working on a few Style Guides for Ebay!
Basically, the fun project allows me to write about some of our favorite celebs and find their exact items for sale for less on the resale site. My First Guide was about J. Lo, and after writing one about Beyonce, I realized that we hadn’t taken a look at her shoe stash!
Everybody knows Bee love a high heel–the higher the better! It’s no thing to see her walking on a Yacht, holding baby Blue, visiting the Louvre, or attending a basketball game in vertiginous Azzedine Alaia boots.
She’s said to be collaborating with Giuseppe Zanotti soon, and thus has worn his mules and zippered heels on multiple occasions.
Also in her repertoire? Everything from big names like Christian Louboutin, Tom Ford, Alexander Wang, Brian Atwood, Prada, and Charlotte Olympia to smaller brands like Chelsea Paris.
With all her outfit posts, you know Bey’s shoes are on point!

As my personal style continues to evolve, I find myself gravitating towards more muted tones, modern cuts and out-of-the-box pairings. And, I’m convinced, Nigerian designer Weiz Dhurm Franklyn is the answer to my every fashionable need!
Weiz’s daring designs possess the right amount of both a subtle sultriness and classic sophistication. Leaning more towards sheer effects and clean silhouettes, Franklyn’s dresses scream utter elegance.
In addition to intricately placed floral embellishments and off-the-shoulder wonders, Weiz Dhurm Franklyn houses pieces that also border along the lines of dark/edgy while also uplifting a feminine flair. The collection features cocktail dresses, evening gowns, structured tops and jumpsuits.
See anything you like?
Well, any orders made to Weiz Dhurm Franklyn can be made via email at weizdhurmfranklyn@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your size, a picture of the designated design and an email address. Prices are also available upon request. Peruse their IG @weizdhurmfranklyn.
I wanted to try something different with today’s Bomb Blogger. Hailing for Goa, India – Rhea Gupte of FUSS is the epitome of sartorial inspiration. With her knack for styling bold accessories and a love for eye-catching prints, this fashionista is sure to leave you captivated.
I ran across FUSS via Instagram. Immediately intrigued by a photo of this raven-haired siren, I made a quick detour to her site where the slayage continued. According to Rhea, her blog is used as a creative space where she also houses collaborative shoots and individualistic styling.
Rhea’s style is a combination of both eccentric and bohemian vibes. Some of her fashion favorites include tons of jewelry, sequins and spikes, impressive head adornments and chunky heels. Her approach to personal style is beyond refreshing. And, let’s not forget her awesome layering technique!
Slay on, hun!

Though the ads have been slowly slipping through, we have yet to see the actual product as a fruition of Rihanna’s creative director role with Puma. Until now. It seems the BBHMM star has been wearing at least one pair of her designs around town. She posted a quick “PRIHview” of what’s to come on Instagram before removing it. She’s been spotted by paparazzi in the same sneaker styles running around town though. No word on whether they’ve been put into production or on a release date. (Footwear News)
Of the Kardashian-Jenner crew, Kylie is likely most known for her infamous pout (#KylieJennerChallenge anyone?). Well now, she’s turning that emphasis on beauty into a blog on her website. While it’s sort of funny seeing as she mostly has her beat done by a team, we don’t doubt there will be some true gems there. Stay tuned! (Instagram)
When you fall you tend to hit every branch on the way down. The latest branch Donald Trump is hitting in his fall: a less than fashionable one. Apparently the money man had a menswear brand of neckties and shirts (who knew?!) and in light of his comments about Mexicans, that brand is now finished. PVH Corp produces the line and will finish off the agreement that goes through 2018, but will not renew it. But even with that, the line is already dead: Macy’s was the exclusive retailer for the brand and they have pulled it from the shelves. Basically, don’t say stupid things. (Fashionista)
Have you been one of those long-term, down for the cause, ride or die Topshop fans for a while? Do you remember a piece that you really wanted but for some reason couldn’t get your hands on? Well keep your eyes peeled because the company is doing a reissue that reaches back all the way to the 70s and mines their most popular designs. Everything from fringe-knit sweaters to a silver lame prom dress and even a tiered maxi dress are included. The line hits stores today! (Telegraph)
Victor Cruz is getting more than just a Givenchy ad campaign from the fashion industry. Come September, the NFL player will also be dropping a capsule collection with cult-denim brand 3×1. The five-piece range will include a long sleeve chambray shirt, a shirt jacket, coated denim pants, ripped jeans and a Melton military coat. The best part? All proceeds go to charity. (Complex)
I live for burgers and fries, but as it’s Summer and bikini bods are on the menu (no pun intended), they’re just not something I can indulge in as much as I’d like. Luckily, Soludos and Jason Polan are allowing me to wear them on my feet with their $65 Burger & Fries Espadrilles:
Soludos is known for their simple, functional, and affordable espadrille styles, but they’re giving a fun spin to them with illustrator Jason Polan’s help. They come in both mustard and sand and will look cute with everything from denim cutoffs to flirty Summer frocks.
The Lady Loves Couture!
Marjorie Harvey hit the Paris Haute Couture shows in style, and brought her daughter Lori along for the ride.
She documented most of her high fashion ensembles via IG.
Take a look:
For her Giambattista Valli show outing, she wore a Fall 2014 Haute Couture look from the brand, minus the matching striped shoes and white headpiece.
Check out the back view.
Hot!
A Spring 2015 Christian Dior dress was Marjorie’s call for the house’s Haute Couture show.
She dipped into the archives with lace-up sandals from Dior’s Fall Winter 2009 Couture Runway.
Those are on fire!
Chanel Pre-Fall 2015 and Christian Louboutin pumps were Mrs. Harvey’s choice for Chanel Haute Couture.
She wore a full Elie Saab Spring 2015 look to Elie Saab’s Fall 2015 Couture show.
And for the Fendi Fall 2015 Fur Show, Mrs. Harvey slipped on a Fendi Pre-Fall 2015 fringed dress, matching coat, and Christian Louboutin Degradé pumps.
Lord, that’s a lot of labels! But she wears them well.
Which look is your favorite?

Michelle Rodriguez shimmered at the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2015 Couture Fashion Show in a Strapless Silver Perforated Dress from the brand’s Spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection:
On the runway, her frock was layered under an asymmetrical blazer cape and anchored with lace-up brogues.
I love the dress, but her accessories don’t do anything for the look.
