Her lightweight maxi dress was actually designed to be a beach cover-up. It showcases a wrap-around waist, string ties, gold Wildfox logo heart detailing, and adjustable spaghetti straps.
Her black leather sandals feature crocodile back panels, 4.13″ heels, and triple adjustable ankle straps.
Cute!
If you’re up for the splurge, get Bella’s dress here and sandals here.
It’s Friday, which means bags are on my brain! Chanel always delivers in the accessories department and not a day goes by when I’m not drooling over some piece of the brand’s arm candy. The fashion house’s Fall 2015 bags do not disappoint in an array of colors, autumnal textures, and sizes.
If the sight of these beauties don’t turn some heads, their colors will. Cobalt, yellow, fiery red, and apple green are all on the menu.
Once Fall is finally in full swing, you can switch to tones befitting the season like bordeaux and cocoa.
Tweed is a Chanel signature, thus that is on display naturally. Velvet, supple leather, python, fur, and alligator also make an appearance.
I have my eyes on a navy fur stunner and a trolley bag for all my upcoming vacations this year. Jesus be a few thousands dollars or a Christmas miracle in August!
Head to a Chanel boutique near you to do some splurging.
What do you think of Chanel’s Fall 2015 bag collection?
I hope everyone had a positive and productive week! As for me, I’m slowly getting back into the groove of things and I’ve been alot more focused on spending time with my family. But, enough about my personal matters – let’s get into some of our favorite looks of the week!
Jennifer Lopez was grace personified in a floral print wonder by Dolce & Gabbana. The vintage-inspired dress features cap sleeves, a fitted waist and a ladylike silhouette. To add a double dose of elegance, she also accessorized with white Christian Louboutin pumps and the brand’s Sicily bag. I love this!
As Zendaya preps for the launch of her shoe line Daya, she met with Claire to give us sneak peek at a few designs. With an amazing interview and heels galore, the fashionista looked sleek and sophisticated in a black Solace London Divine jumpsuit and black Stuart Weitzman sandals. Can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her!
Did ya’ll tune in to the first episode of TV One’s Born Again Virgin?! I have yet to catch a rerun but, from the commercial alone, it looks great! In celebration of the sitcom, the gorgeous Eva Marcille attended a screening event while uplifting a sultry gray House of CB dress and strappy patent leather sandals. She looks stunning, right?
Actress Kerry Washington makes yet another appearance on our weekly feature but, this time, in Mary Katrantzou. The style pro donned a blue and green printed set from the London-based designer and kept her footwear simple with black peep toe pumps. Hot!
Mariah Carey finally received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! The singer/actress was all smiles in a custom black sequin number by Yousef Aljasmi and shimmery pumps. The gown features a sheer v-neckline and a side slit. And, of course, tons of diamonds were on deck. Congrats, Mariah!!!
Style extraordinaire Tracee Ellis Ross made an appearance at the TCA Press Tour looking every bit of magnificent! The actress flaunted her enviable physique in a black and yellow floral dress by Dolce & Gabbana. To top it off, she kept the shoe game classic with the addition of black pumps. Werk!
Hamilton has garnered rave reviews, thus it was no surprise that its Opening Night on Broadway was star-studded. Lucy Liu checked out the play in a Monique Lhuillier Resort 2016 Floral Print Coat and White Lace Dress:
Lucy stuck to the brand’s styling, swapping in nude platform sandals for the yellow pair in the collection.
I live for Lucy’s style. She’s not on the red carpet enough in my opinion!
Mogul Christian Louboutin has officially announced the launch of his luxury lipstick line! The shoe designer has previously ventured into the beauty world with his nail polish line and, now, he’s taking on the bold lip.
With over 38 shades available and sleek gold packaging, there’s sure to be a hue for everyone.
Surprisingly, these babies retail at about $90 a pop. Although this may be a little steep for my taste, I’m sure there are other beauty gurus out there willing to make that splurge!
Christian Louboutin’s luxury lipstick line will be released September 2015.
I’ll keep you guys posted as more information is released!
Sarah Jessica Parker is a big patron of the arts, thus she stepped out for Hamilton’s Broadway Opening Night in an Elie Saab Fall 2015 Couture Forest Green Embellished Gown:
It’s Summer, so Sarah Jessica left the fur at home, as well as the runway look’s belt.
We’re ending out this week with Owy from Accra, Ghana:
She was submitted by her sister, who says, “I am submitting pictures on behalf of my sister who I see as a fashion icon.”
“Her name is Owy and she’s a business woman who runs a boutique in Accra, Ghana called Kayzoe.”
“She’s a mother of two beautiful girls 4 & 2yrs. and it amazes me how she’s able to run a business and the home front and still stay stylish.”
” I would describe her style as Fierce…” ” Classy..”
” Fun…”
” Effortless…”
“And sophisticated…”
” She throws in some fab pieces to make any outfit pop, and wears loads of African pieces to showcase where she’s from, NIGERIA.”
“Will love if you consider her as a Fashion Bombshell.”
Hot! I love her style. She’s a Bombshell!

We all know that the 70’s era has inspired a plethora of fall must-haves – from sophisticated suede to the resurfacing of the glorious bell-bottom – it’s clear that this stylish period has made quite the splash on and off the runways.
But, there is one trend that leaves me both inspired yet unsure – the patchwork craze. It’s reappeared time and time again in Fall 2015 collections and street style stars have even caught wind.
So, let’s take a closer look!
About a week ago, the lovely Shiona Turini took to Instagram (in a Throwback Thursday flick) showcasing an eye-popping Junya Watanabe patched design. It was interesting to see a modern take on the vintage staple!
Emely Montero looked absolutely stunning in a jewel-toned dress by Prada.
ASOS even tried their hand at patchwork with this fly skirt! Although it’s not as conventional as the Chloé example, it’s a more contemporary version. Sidenote: How amazing is this color scheme?
Gucci stayed ahead of the curve as their Spring 2015 collection housed flowy silhouettes, loads of orange and intricate floral patchwork.
Tom Ford accented his Fall 2015 runway denim with patched knee-high boots and that showstopping statement coat. Go Binx!
I’ve even spotted a decent amount of patched trousers on the market.
And, to round things out, we have another sartorial gem from Burberry Prorsum’s Fall 2015 collection. Model Ysaunny Brito uplifts numerous autumn trends including floral patchwork, over-the-knee boots, a fringe bag and a pom-pom bracelet.
Last night saw a hot party, thrown by Fox/FX, to celebrate the 2015 TCA Summer Tour.
A handful of Fashion Bomb celebs made an appearance!
Take a look at what they wore:
It was also about the deep plunge for Meagan Good, who skewed sultry in red.
It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Paula Abdul! The former American Idol judge paired a sheer printed blouse with black pants.
Lastly, nude Christian Louboutin So Kate Pumps added a subtle touch to Christina Milian’s floral Vatanika frock.
That does it!
