Bella Hadid looked every bit the supermodel at the 69th Annual Cannes Film Festival Opening Night Gala in a showstopping embellished gown from Roberto Cavalli by Peter Dundas. To let the piece play centerstage, she went for an understated face, which let her natural beauty shine through. Patrick Ta did her makeup for the night—a bit of contouring, amazing skin, nude lips, and soft smoky eyes were on the menu. Here are the steps:
1. Patrick prepped Bella’s skin with a layer of Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream ($101) to give her complexion a luminous glow, as well as to create a smooth, flawless base.
2. Next, he lightly applied Light Wonder Foundation ($46) to ensure Bella’s complexion looked clean and bright. He concealed any imperfections with The Retoucher ($36).
3. Patrick lightly contoured Bella’s cheekbones using Filmstar Bronze and Glow ($71)—a favorite for many of Charlotte Tilbury’s clients. Of the product, Patrick said, “This photographs amazingly and Bella loves a softly contoured look.”
4. Patrick finished the glow with Cheek to Chic Blusher in First Love ($43) on the apples of Bella’s cheeks and followed with a light dusting of Airbrush Flawless Finish ($45) to ensure long wear.
5. Bella wanted her eyes to look just as clean and bright as her complexion. To achieve that, Patrick used The Luxury Palette in The Sophisticate ($52) layered with The Luxury Palette in The Dolce Vita ($52). Next, using the rich chocolate brown shade from The Luxury Palette in Dolce Vita, Patrick used an angled brush to draw a thin wing starting half way on the eyelid and smudged outwards for a smoky eye effect.
6. Patrick curled Bella’s lashes using Life Changing Lashes ($26) and applied two coats of Charlotte’s Legendary Lashes Mascara ($32).
In the midst of Cannes Film Festival festivities, Kendall Jenner was spotted attended the Magnum Double Party dinner wearing a colorful frock from Versace’s Spring ’16 line paired with Stuart Weitzman black heels:
The dress originally sported a sheer spaghetti strap on one side (which Kendall so gracefully adjusted) and features a high thigh-cut on the same side and floor-length multi-colored fabric.
For her shoe, Kendall threw on a pair of comfy black Stuart Weitzman heels, finishing the look off with no accessories and a popping red lip.
I keep telling yall Kendall is literally slaying out here and is one of my favorites! She’s been DOING IT.
Her cream matelassé jumpsuit is from the brand’s ’50s-inspired Spring 2016 collection. It features flattering seam detailing under the bust, tapered legs, and a single bow at the shoulder.
Pretty!

Kim Kardashian West headed to lunch at Katsuya while rocking a Vetements Oversized Nylon Bomber Jacket, a lace-up bodysuit and the eye-catching Tony Bianco ‘Ariette’ Coyote Kid Suede Thigh High Lace-Up Boots.
Kim’s jacket showcases a loose fit, orange lining and pockets along the sleeves. Looks super comfy, no?
Now, her shoes seem to be the talk of social media! The Tony Bianco ‘Ariette’ stunners were featured in the Alex Perry runway show (back in 2013) and they are every bit of gorg. These lovelies also feature a full length back zip and a towering 5-inch stiletto heel.
Denim jumpsuits are in FULL effect! Some of our favorite fashionistas (including Tamar Braxton, Jennifer Lopez and our own Editor-in-Chic Claire Sulmers) have all managed to pull off this tricky (yet intriguing) trend. So, the Fashion Bomb staff figured it’d be dope to feature a few of our best jumpsuit picks the low-low under $100!
Attempting to add a little personality to your denim jumpsuit? Take a cue from ASOS and try incorporating a whimsical accessory and funky heels! Trust me, it’ll work!
More wide leg bottoms on deck! The halter neck is just another sweet feature. For all my women who were blessed with goodies up top (oh, how I envy ya’ll!), this one’s for you.
Now, I admit – I’m trying to cater more to women of all body types. I understand that everyone may not necessarily be a size 2! So, thanks to ASOS and their amazing ‘Curve’ line, I spotted this BOMB denim jumpsuit. How awesome does it look with black strappy heels?!
Hey everyone! Today for our Bombshell of the Day, we’re staying right here in my hometown and welcoming Breanna Marie from Washington, D.C.:“My name is Breanna Marie and I am from Washington, DC.”
” I see fashion as an outlet to express how I feel.”
” When I love my outfit, it lets me reach a carefree, happy place; it’s like an adrenaline rush.”
“I personally love patterns and bright colors.”
“I live for the random, rare and unique finds at the thrift store…”
“I sometimes make it a challenge to rock something that I normally wouldn’t and end up loving it! “
Okay Breanna! As a native Washingtonian, I know dressing for the weather is ALWAYS a struggle, yet you do it so flawlessly and with ease. Anywho, if you want to keep up with Breanna Marie’s style, head to her IG: @heartbeatsxhighheels. So what do you think?
