Emily Ratajkowski attended the Max Mara Face Of The Future event in Hollywood yesterday rocking a gold velvet Roberto Cavalli Fall 2016 suit:
Although her exact suit wasn’t seen on the runway, here’s an example of the suit, sporting a canary yellow and made of a velveteen material with a different gold for the lapels.
While I think a little extra tailoring could have been done on the bottom, I think this look is totally cute and I’m coveting that suit!

Even though awards season may be closing up, summer time means it’s time for launch parties! One of our favorite brands, House of CB, had a Los Angeles Flagship Launch party last night, and celebrities flocked out for the festivities! Naturally, they all wore House of CB!

Mel B gave us all body in a beautiful $195 Vani Taupe Stretch Suede Bralette Dress with matching brown heels. I see nothing wrong here.
House of CB enthusiast Khloe Kardashian went for a pop of color in a $179 House of CB Martinique bright orange dress with nude heels to match. As a woman who loves color, I am all the way here for this.
Aubrey O’Day arrived in a $209 San Jose Raspberry Fishtail Bandage Dress, accompanied by Pauly D who wore a similar colored bomber jacket. Are they a couple…?
Adrienne Bailon opted for the brand’s $154 Maren Blush Silk Jersey Caped Playsuit. I personally am not a fan of the out of sleeve looks, but I think this look was a win overall.
Sol Rodriguez rocked a $286 Peach Lace Hand Sewn Bustier Dress, paired with white heels.
Chiquis Riviera wore this $171 Ila Rose Pink Bandage Dress from the fashion house. I absolutely love her body in this! Werk them curves, honey!
Rocsi Diaz went for an ethereal look in this off white ruffled dress. Soft, sweet, cute.
Gigi Gorgeous wore a pink lace-up dress, and paired with ever popular Schutz Karylanna caged heels!
Eva Marcille rocked a black lace bralette with a black coverup and $114 Pelli Black and Nude Waist Bandage Trousers. Honestly, not my favorite look of the night, though I understand the ‘hippie’ vibe.
Lastly, Model Charlotte McKinney gave us very chill laid back vibes in a House of CB rose gold duster coat, white crop top, ripped denim jeans and pale pink heels. My ONLY issue with this look is the wrinkling…..does someone have an steamer?

While the United States is regressing in terms of hate and prejudice, the fashion world seems to be turning over a new leaf, featuring a slew of artists of color in their 2016 campaigns.
While international pop stars like Rihanna and Nicki Minaj have appeared in ads for luxury brands in the past, posing pretty for Dior, Balmain, Roberto Cavalli, and more, this season ushers in more niche artists that lack the same amount of buzz, but espouse the same intangible cool factor that translates across cultures. Today, Marc Jacobs announced that Missy Elliott will appear in his Fall 2016 ads.
On Instagram, he mused, “MISSY, Supa Dupa Fly From the moment I heard, The Rain, back in 1997, I was entranced by the genius rhythms and brilliant rhymes of Missy Elliott. Missy’s music has kept me and my design team happily energized through countless weekdays, weeknights and weekends during those long hours of sketching, fitting, styling and doing looks. In addition to the boundless energy of her music are the visually pulsating and wildly cartoon-like music videos she made in collaboration with the talented and visionary, Hype Williams. I am in continued awe of Missy’s ability to push the boundaries of the style of music both to the eye and to the ear. It was a dream of mine to work with her and I’m happy to share this portrait by David Sims for our Fall ’16 campaign.”

Typically white washed Chanel handpicked Willow Smith as their muse back in March.
And her brother Jaden was a star of Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer campaign.
A brand favorite, he has occupied the front row at many LV shows, most recently the house’s Cruise 2017 show in Rio de Janeiro.
A change is certainly happening and we’re here for it!
Let’s just hope these developments aren’t purely superficial.

Tracee Ellis Ross slipped a black, satin-lapel blazer over a $846 Marni Half Sleeve Abstract Print Jumpsuit. I love her style. Cornrows and bamboo hoops were the perfect complements for her ensemble.
It was all about the details for Hannah Bronfman in a lilac Cushnie et Ochs dress with a flounce bodice and front slit. Hot!
Serayah flaunted her abs in a Forever 21 crochet halter top and mid-rise skinnies. I will definitely be recreating this for Summer.
Rashida Jones layered a black sleeveless cape over a floral print Suno dress. Cute!
Dania Ramirez was the lady in red in a cutout Peggy Hartanto mini dress.
Shameik Moore kept it casual, but polished in a navy suit and white kicks.
Before hitting the stage, Chance The Rapper stopped for the paparazzi in a hoodie boasting the name of his mixtape and denim. I like this guy!

As if we already didn’t covet the enviable wardrobes of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, their adorable tot North West has been playing with our sartorial heart strings with her black everything ensembles, baby Doc Martens, and of course her signature tutus.
As the offspring of ‘Fashion’s First Couple,’ it comes as no surprise that little Nori has been slaying the scene since she could walk, wearing custom Givenchy and Balmain, and sitting front row at all the hottest fashion shows.
Aside from her wardrobe, Nori seems to have loads of personality. She has no problem letting the paps know how she feels, whether she’s cheesing from ear to ear, offering scowls just like her Daddy, or straight up telling eager photogs, ‘I said no pictures’ on her way to ballet class.
A lover of fur, black and neutrals (taking after her parents?), and of course her signature tutu-look, North West has been killing the game and giving all of us baby fever (and style inspiration).

Marjorie Harvey and husband Steve Harvey were snapped while walking the streets of Italy (on vacation looking fabulous). For the day, Marjorie rocked the same $4,385 Balmain black playsuit seen on Nicki Minaj for the Formation Tour less than a week ago.
Marjorie Harvey sported hers as definitely a casual look, with a small Chanel shoulder strap bag, a pair of sunnies and black sandals to finish off the look.
Nicki Minaj ALSO sported her look while at the Formation Tour with a Chanel vanity bag and pearl-trimmed boots.
This stretch-knit playsuit features gold D-ring embellishments and a belt so you can adjust the shape of it, plus lace-up detailing in the front and a zip enclosure in the back.
Hmm, I’m slightly torn on this one. I think for four grand, you better dress this bad boy up! If I had to choose, I think I’d go on Nicki for this one, thought I like it on both women!

One trend I just have not been able to get enough of are the clear heel/Persplex trend! Ever fresh and unique and fun, this trend has been spotted time and time again on some of the hottest celebrities. Now, with summer around the corner, it’s time to get a pair!
I think the coolest thing about these heels is that you have a wide variety of how they can be. You can have clear heels, clear straps around the foot, or even just an altogether clear shoe.
Okay, so the more revealing the shoe, I think the more inclined you should be to have a cute summer toe nail polish handy. NONETHELESS, these cute little bits of fashion definitely elevate a style all one’s own, and might I say, look pretty dope?
