The hype surrounding the Alexander Wang x H&M collaboration was not to be ignored. With sleek scuba-like dresses, leather leggings, beanies, parkers and pullovers, sales for the highly branded Wang wares went through the roof. As usual, you Bombshells added much flair to your outfits with the urban inspired sportswear offerings. Let’s take a look at what caught your eyes and how you rocked ’em!
#SlayTime was in effect for blogger beaut Tami of the blog Talking With Tami, who brought sleek sophistication to the athletic inspired wares in a Fall perfect leather topper, pants and open-toed sandals. She is not playing!
The always stylish @NicholeAlabi of the blog NicholeAlabi.com stated, “After waiting in line for 2 hours, I was able to snag the Alexander Wang x H&M Dress with Perforated Pattern. I wore it with a Zara varsity jacket and booties, a Tory Burch crossbody and Prada sunglasses.” Love it!
@LittleBlackBlog looked fashionably fit in a figure flaunting gray and black short dress.
Lady Simone aka @Simone_Alicia rocked a fan favorite frock with thigh high socks and open toe lace up sandals.
An artistic and colorful backdrop could not dim the sartorial shine from @KelseyCassandra‘s long sleeve sweater with black and grey leggings.
Stephanie worked a pretty pout and gave incognito chic in a Wang emblazoned thick gray pullover sweatshirt. Cute!
Rose aka @styleoperator of the blog StyleOperator.com kept it minimalist in, “scuba pants and leather boots from the collection with an oversized boyfriend coat from ASOS, and a simple white t-shirt from Topshop.” Cute!

I love seeing how people wear the collaborations, but I’m not inspired with any of these looks (The last photo is of half of face and a sweatshirt. :\). Hopefully more creative looks will be posted.
This collection is ratchet. I don’t care how much the fashion industry tries to convince us that these are genius creations… This ain’t no better than the ratchetness that was the nicki minaj for kmart collection. Sheeeesh

@Kendra, thank you! I thought it was just me! I was like “what am i missing here…?” I think sometimes, designers like to have fun and mock the general public. This collection would be just such an example (IMO).
Personally wasn’t impressed with the collection. With the exception of a few pieces, everything seemed gothic.

Well at first i thought i was missing out but now that I see these pics im glad i cashed out on the Altuzarra line when i did.. I’m not as impressed with this line as I thought I would be.

Thought I was the only one! I was less than impressed with this collection and absolutely refused to buy into the hype. Maybe less sporty looks next time!
