Happy Friday everyone! With every Friday, we gotta welcome our Bombers! Let’s welcome Jeremy from Chicago:
He said, “My name is Jeremy and I’m from the great Windy City CHICAGO!”
“I love fashion so much! Fashion is how I express myself, outside of my wonderful personality.”
“I consider my style to be urban, yet timeless!”
“I hope you consider me, but most importantly I hope you like my style!”
Okay Jeremy! Your style definitely has this urbanitte feel, and my favorite look was that checkered blue suit! If you guys want to see more of Jeremy’s look, check him out on IG: @jdfrierson_ . So what do you think of Jeremy’s look?

I love a flashback to the runway shows of the ’90s! Vogue.com has an expansive archive and the site just released images of Prada’s catwalks from the decade: naturally I’m salivating. Their Spring ’92 show featured none other than Naomi Campbell, Yasmeen Ghauri, Helena Christensen, and more.
The collection is much more pared-down than the iconic Italian fashion house’s current wares: playing on the streamlined silhouettes of the decade and the minimalist vibe that pulsed through so much of ’90s design. A halter crop top, high-waist wrap mini, and peep-toe mules felt decidedly modern on Naomi, while a pleated LWD on Helena Christensen is a reflection of the brand’s timelessness: if anyone still has the latter hanging in their closet, they’re surely wearing it this Summer.
A silky, yet slightly wrinkled button-front shirt and matching bottoms on Linda Evangelista put a flirty spin on menswear, and felt like a page from Rihanna’s style book. And the assortment was punctuated by a slew of all-white looks—clearly the idea isn’t new.
A leggy, tiered playsuit with contrast wave trim felt like a preview of Prada’s zany, present offerings, though bold ensembles like that were few and far between. It’s really amazing to see how the fashion house has evolved in almost twenty-five years.
I’m currently obsessed with a strapless, plaid wide-leg jumpsuit: it is truly one of the most chic pieces I’ve seen this year…and it was made over two decades ago. And if you look closely behind Yasmeen, you can see Andre Leon Talley, Anna Piaggi, and Suzy Menkes taking in the show from the front row. Fashion royalty who have been in the game forever!
Until next Friday…check out the entire collection here.
Lavene Cox looked sleek and sexy at the Orange is the New Black premiere in New York City wearing a Fall 2016 Laquan Smith olive green striped skirt and a taupe long sleeve shirt:
The olive green mid-length skirt features striped, sheer, horizontal panels. Her taupe, long sleeve shirt has a subtle pattern with a sparkle detail.
Laverne rocked a gold belt and single sole sandals to complete her ensemble.
Gabrielle Union supported her husband Dwayne Wade on Wednesday at his Jaguar Launch Party in style! For the night, she slipped on a $55 (now sold out) ASOS navy blue studded jumpsuit and gold open-toed heels:
Her jumpsuit features a plunging neckline, grommet detailing, and open cut out sleeves.
To finish off the look, Union grabbed some metallic heels and a printed clutch. Yum!
Of course, I’m diggin the look (especially at that price point!). What do you guys think?
Anna paired her look with a chic topknot and gold accoutrements, while Paula chose python print pumps.
The ponte jumpsuit features an on-trend, off-the-shoulder silhouette, an internal gummed strip, a front cutout, cropped legs, and pressed seam detailing.
