Earlier today, newly minted America’s Next Top Model host Rita Ora made her way through the streets of New York City while donning a structured Ellery Fall 2016 Ruffle Hem Mini Dress, royal blue platform sandals and her signature platinum blonde ‘do.
The fashionista’s ensemble was presented on the the runway with towering over-the-knee leather boots, a simple earring and a sleek low bun. While the model uplifts a fall-friendly approach to the dress, Rita’s styling is perfect for the sizzling summer temps. The piece also features a plunging neckline, intricate blue stitching and eye-catching balloon sleeves.
Rita is on a sartorial high right now! I’m also a die hard Ellery fan so it’s a little difficult for me not to enjoy this look. But, I think the blue platforms were a bit much…
Happy Monday all! Today’s Bombshell is definitely not new to the scene. In fact, she’s a frequent participant in our How Do You Wear It Series, so I’m totally excited to feature her! Let’s welcome LaNatria from North Carolina:

“I recently channeled my passion for fashion into starting a blog last year.”
“My looks will always consist of the following components :thrift, clearance rack finds, DIY, or a fun statement piece.”

Miami Swim Week wraps up today and one of the designers who showed her sultry swimsuits during the fashion week is none other than Draya Michele. Her latest designs for Mint Swim are bright, sexy, body-baring, but functional.
One-piece swimsuits (my personal favorite) featured cutout detailing and high cuts for an 80’s and early 90’s feel: on-trend with what fashion is showing on their runways. For simpler bikinis, they packed a punch with bright color and tie detailing.
High-waist bottoms, strapless bandeaus, one-shoulder tops, and timeless triangles rounded out the separates.
Prints included a Summer-perfect floral that screamed “resort” and a jungle-inspired pattern that certainly turned more than a few heads.
And a few cover-up options were presented in the form of an open-knit romper and off-the-shoulder top that could have doubled as day wear.
Overall, the collection was strong and a quite impressive effort from Michele. The line already has the celebrity buzz, but will buyers actually invest? Only time will tell.
