With that, I’m moving forward with this post. I just believe that there is an issue with the contenders themselves rather than the dress. Tough. Anywho, Blac Chyna was spotted while out and about in House of CB‘s Santina Champagne Velvet Thigh Split Dress but let’s not forget that style maven Kylie Jenner also rocked it before in a past appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
The form-fitting piece feature a high neck design and a nipped waist. It also boasts a center thigh split that showcases a little leg.
And, honestly, I don’t like the dress on Blac Chyna nor do I care for it on Kylie. I’m not sure if it’s the material or the overall look but it’s a no for me. On both ends.
The nude, single-sole sandals feature a fringe detail on the strap over the toes. Tied at the ankle for closure, the shoe strap has light fringing on the ends.

She showed off her sexy side in a $1,960 Balmain Sheer Arabesque Jacquard Knit Jumpsuit and a pair of $700 Valentino ‘Fusion 100’ Lace and Leather Court Pumps. This long-sleeved jacquard jumpsuit, though ornately patterned, is unlined and sheer, which leaves little to the imagination. A ribbed collar, cuffs and hem accompanied with a black and gold rear zip enclosure offer a slight break in texture and a means for getting in and out of it easily.Kylie continued the lace motif with a lacy pair of Valentino pumps.
This slip on, lace and leather pump exudes sexiness and utter femininity. This four inch heel features a pointed toe and a lace floral lace upper.
Though it’s a little on the risqué end of the sartorial spectrum, I couldn’t imagine anyone wearing this for any other momentous occasion. I just returned from a quick trip to the Windy City for Cocktails with Claire x Miss Diddy Chicago, Sponsored by Toyota! And what can I say? It was bomb!
The day kicked off with a ‘Breaking Into…” discussion featuring Miss Diddy and I, along with Chicago based all stars Bobby Simmons (owners of D Lux Gallery), Kendra G (radio personality), and Ashunta Sheriff (celebrity makeup artist). We each shared our stories, and offered our thoughts on networking, triumphing against adversity, staying persistent, and looking at some failures as blessings in disguise.
After our panel, DJ MJ took it away! Of course you guys showed up and showed out!

A portion of the proceeds of the evening went to Cure Violence! National Community Coordinator Marcus McAllister came to represent the Cure Violence team and offer a few remarks.
Back inside, I posed with Johnson Publishing Company’s Linda Johnson Rice, who looked lovely in Versace.
