It was all about classic prints for Zendaya at the Michael Kors Access Smartwatch Launch Party. Naturally, she wore pieces from the brand—a Resort 2017 Maritime and White Stripe Cashmere Tube Top and Polka Dot Silk Georgette Palazzo Trousers:
Zendaya swapped in a striped choker for the lookbook’s dot scarf, wore a tube top instead of the brand’s cropped striped sweater, and left the shoulder bag and jacket at home.
First Lady Michelle Obama surprised us all as she made a quick visit to the Ellen DeGeneres show today! While all eyes (and ears) were glued to the television, the flawless icon wore a $4,200 Gucci Spring 2016 Carte de Tendre Print Dress and classic matching pumps.
The eccentric piece was modeled on the runway in a winning combination that included the brand’s killer lace-up emerald boots and a deep blue chain link handbag.

I just can’t get enough of our First Lady! Throughout both President Obama’s terms, she has served our country with such poise, grace and elegance. She will be truly missed.
Fashion has always served as a vehicle for designers to channel their emotions on any issue into wearable art. Prabal Gurung, championing a number of causes both domestic and in his hometown of Nepal, did just that with this season’s collection. With the impending election looming over our heads, presidential candidates have become the subjects of political fodder. Gurung, however, didn’t seem to pay attention to any of the negative hearsay and used this moment to express his adoration and support for democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and other noteworthy women in history.
Wispy dresses, T-shirts, and hems connected to trousers by metal rings were intelligently inscribed with phrases and entire passages from women who’ve sought out to create a change for the societal advancement of the female sex. The bywords of Gloria Steinem and Susan B. Anthony may be forever scribed in books, but Gurung beautifully presented a different medium to support the feminist movement.
For those who may not be as politically enthused, this season’s assortment still offered other viable options. A slew of knits, some in muted palettes and even striking blues and burnt orange made their way down the catwalk. A few were paired with skirts adorned with the aforementioned metal rings while oversized cardigans draped over lightweight sweaters presented choices for staying warm on chilly, early spring nights.
Though many wouldn’t consider fur a texture for the season, Gurung still injected three pieces. A white fur coat bespeckled with blue spots was the standout among the trio.
Slinky silk charmeuse dresses sauntered down the runway in shades of cobalt, plum and chartreuse: typically autumn hues, but the silhouettes drape easily and lightly across the body.
Her merino wool and cashmere top features a high neck, cropped length, and split sides with tie closures.
Her classic cutoffs boast a button-fly, whiskering along the front pockets, distressed detailing, and a raw cut hem.
Her camel-hued boots are crafted from stretch suede. They feature an over-the-knee length, 4″ thick heels, a rounded-toe silhouette, and exposed side zip closures.
Hot!

The simple piece boasts exaggerated double side slits, a striking peplum feature and a clean silhouette. Nude footwear and eccentric white sleeve details completed the plush look. Love it!
I’m here for Ms. Chanel! I gotta admit, whenever she rocks an all white ‘fit, she effortlessly kills it. Point blank.
Happy Monday, today’s Bombshell of the Day is Nailah from Detroit:
“Hi there, my name is Nailah Ali. A freelance graphic designer and fashion and beauty blogger over at The Moda Intersection. I’m originally from Detroit, Michigan but now reside in New Jersey.”
“If I had to sum up my style, I’d say that it’s minimally bold. It’s ever-changing and evolves as I do. I prefer amping up paired basics with bold accessories, makeup and hair styles; clean silhouettes with a touch of glam and color are fun too.”
“Versatility in my wardrobe is important as well.”
“Some of the fun of fashion for me is finding new ways to give life to pre-worn pieces.”

Her Story actress Angelica Ross went glam at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in a yellow Veejay Floresca gown. To showcase her dress’s detailing, she chose a glamorous ponytail with loads of texture: styled by Mecai. Here, the steps to get her fun hair for yourself:
3. Anchor your hair into a ponytail, while allowing your natural roots to show to create padding.
4. Next, tease and secure the remaining hair on top. Use a dime size amount of MIZANI Defyne Wax over the ponytail. Let natural pieces fall and frame your face.
5. Create the texture in your ponytail by using a 1 inch and 1 1/2″ Hot Tools curling iron. Make sure to rotate and set the waves for the desired effect.
6. Use your fingers to lightly toss the hair. Finish it with MIZANI HD Shyne.
Hey Hey!
So Fashion Bomb Daily celebrated its 10th Anniversary in late August, but we thought: what better time than Fashion Week to officially toast to 10 years?
Fashion Bomb squad members Faith, Giselle, Marsha, and Pierre were in the building to turn up. During the night, we also announced two new additions to our team: stylist Kelley Carter, who will be our Editor-at-Large, and Ty Hunter, who will be our Director of Special Projects!
Fashion Bomb Daily is becoming more like a magazine, which means we’ll be creating more original content, from videos to exclusive editorials, and even more curated events.
Several chic supporters popped by, including June Ambrose, Bonang Matheba, Miss Diddy LA, Christina Milian, and Michael Costello:
It was a fun time!
Here’s to another 10 years!

Yesterday, the iconic Celine Dion graced the Ellen DeGeneres Show while wearing a mixed print ensemble featuring an exuberant a Victoria Beckham Fall 2016 Gingham Print Button Down Top, a High Waisted Striped Midi Skirt from the brand and white pointed toe pumps.
The classic shirt is ideal for any outfit! While it serves as one of the most universal wardrobe staples, you can amp up it’s sartorial appeal by pairing it with other unexpected patterns, as seen on the model below. In addition, Victoria Beckham’s lux burnt orange and navy blue pleated midi skirt is just as equally tantalizing.
Fun fact: Celine’s dynamic look was styled by none other than the visionary himself, Mr. Law Roach. Yes!
