This Fall, Nordstrom’s shopping experience will become even more chic! The Grammy Award winning singing sensation Céline Dion will be launching a lifestyle collection with the retailer in August. The 200 piece-collection includes clutches, luggage, totes, tech accessories and small leather goods.

In a WWD interview Céline said, “I’m excited at this opportunity to launch my collection with Nordstrom. . .they’re a wonderful company with great stores.” Accessibility and affordability were two key features that the singer wanted present in her collection. The quality line has retail prices ranging from $58-$298 in the U.S. and $78-$398 in Canada. Dion showcased pieces from her collection back in February at the Project Women’s Trade Show in Las Vegas.

The legendary crooner starts her European Tour today in Denmark and she will be wrapping up on August 5^th. We hope Dion wastes no time with the official launch after the close of her tour.  We can be expecting the collection to be available online and in Nordstrom stores in August.

This promises to be a great addition for our Fall 2017 wardrobe!

With a slew of pop and trap beats permeating the airwaves, this week’s beauty crush is a welcome departure from all things aggressive and annoyingly catchy.  Top Dawg Entertainment’s first (and only) lady, Solána Imani Rowe, better known as SZA, has a sound and an affinity for pensive lyricism that has the entire world buzzing. Exploring the nuances of female sexuality, insecurities, vulnerability, and naïveté through her music, her journey to find control over the things in her life led the 26 year old to her latest project CTRL, released June 9th. Amid the anticipation, we couldn’t help but join the wave.
As with all artists, self-expression is absolute. And it’s usually expressed through a tweaking of one’s appearance. During her early days in the music scene, the “Love Galore” singer sported big red hair.
 Now, it’s back to black, but hasn’t lost any of its volume or charm. Whether full of loose curls, in a high ponytail with accompanying bangs, or braided in intricate patterns, SZA treats her mane as her crowning glory.  

   A naturally beautiful girl with flawless skin, makeup isn’t a necessity for the sultry songbird. With a face as adorably freckled as hers, who’d want to cover it up with layers of foundation?  Staying true to low-maintenance, yet effortlessly gorgeous form, SZA typically sticks to lightly tinted balms to add a little warmth to her full lips and a touch of mascara to add depth to her eyes.   Nonetheless, what makes SZA beautiful extends far beyond the physical. Harlem is welcoming a new landmark in February 2018!
The Hip-Hop Hall of Fame Museum is set to open in New York’s culturally historic area. It’s no surprise that the chosen location for this museum is New York City because the city bred many legendary hip-hop artists including Notorious BIG, Jay Z, Lil Kim, and more.

The museum will celebrate hip-hop culture by preserving, educating, and showcasing hip-hop culture all around the world. The museum will reportedly be 20-stories and have a 5 Star Hotel, TV Studios, a bar, and Restaurant & Concert Lounge. This will definitely be a celebration of culture beyond the individuals who are in the Hall of Fame.

It looks like Kylie Jenner will no longer be the only Kardashian-Jenner sister in the beauty business. Kim Kardashian West announced yesterday that she will be launching her beauty line, KKW Beauty a week from today on June 21.

Yesterday, hours before speaking at the Forbes Women’s Summit, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality t.v. star announced the launch via Twitter. Of course, her fans are anxiously anticipating its release and curious about the products in the line up.

In a recent interview Kardashian West told ET, “We’re launching this with a contour kit, so it’s going to be cream contour and highlighters in this collection with great brushes. I’m so excited about it.” If it’s anything like the daily contour and highlight that Kim wears, we know it will be nothing short of amazing..

Lavern Cox stepped fiercely into the Orange Is The New Black Season 5 screening at 92nd Street Y in New York wearing a Christian Siriano Fall 2017 pant suit and bustier top.

The suit was debuted on the brand’s Fall 2017 runway and was styled with a black bustier and pointy toe shoes.

Lavern styled her salmon colored pant suit similar to the runway look.  However, for extra flair, she added a corset belt and wore black heels.
