It’s almost time to say goodbye to Summer as we step into September and make our way to Fall. And although the “no white after Labor Day” rule has long been dismissed, this weekend is the perfect opportunity to flaunt an all-white look before stocking up on darker hues.

If you’re looking for a few ideas on how to slay an all-white look, get inspired with these 4 head-to-toe, white-on-white outfit ideas.

An asymmetric one-shoulder top adds an element of chic when paired with wide-leg crepe pants.

Punch things up with a pair of leather ankle-tie sandals, a monogram tassel embellished shoulder bag, and gold statement jewelry.

Mix a sheer high-neck blouse with white denim shorts adorned with gold button details.

Every week I have the pleasure of revealing the hottest looks of the week via the most liked looks on Instagram. I’ll let you know now that this week’s contenders will not disappoint. We’re just off the heels of what had to be national date night for celebs aka fight night, so you can imagine the looks couples were serving. Here’s what was hot:

1. Cardi B in Angel Brinks and YSL: 26,860 Likes

Cardi B is on a whole new wave of success! Did you see her haute new whip? At any rate, the reality star turned rapper blazed the trails at the MTV Video Music Awards in a sparkly leotard and robe custom made by Angel Brinks for her live performance. If you couldn’t already tell she was winning, she had the nerve to kill us all softly with her drool-worthy $10,000 YSL crystal boots! It was glitz, glam, and LEGS!

2. Diddy & Cassie in Ferragamo and Y/Project: 17,747 Likes

This power couple showed up to fight night for what was sure to be an epic date with Mayweather’s win. Diddy & Cassie have a way of making their presence known without saying too much with their indelible designer collection. The pair always make it a point to match each others fly. Notice how Diddy kept it sleek in an all black ensemble with a Ferragamo top and gold accessories while Cassie wore a shimmery top from Y/Project paired with black Azzedine Alaia sandals. Way to let your woman shine, Diddy!

3. Niatia in Michael Costello: 14,187 Likes

This makes the second consecutive week that Niatia has made the list in Michael Costello, so that right there should tell you something! The pair are obviously a match made in heaven. Michael is notorious for billowy silhouettes that play on all body types, whether curvy or slim, his collections have something for everyone. Niatia looks breathtaking in this bold, sultry gown. Contrary to her big tresses last week, she went with a loose messy style for this look which I love!

4. Lebron James in Tom Ford: 13,268 Likes

Lebron is notorious for killing it in a suit. King James’ statuesque frame in a well tailored suit is quite the vision. He too opted to make fight night a date night with wifey, Savannah, who looked gorgeous in satin shorts and a dope pair of lace boots, hand in hand with her man. No way anyone could miss them as the 6’8 giant waltzed by suited up in a  crisp Tom Ford suit. If you know anything about Tom Ford, his suits are impeccably made. Great choice!

5. Junie Shumpert in Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci: 13,200 Likes

Last, but most certainly not least is Baby Junie who was as sweet as pie in a pink pineapple print Dolce & Gabbana mini frock paired with the cutest Gucci sandals to match. With her hair braided back in two french braids, this was the perfect kid fashion moment for a summer’s day. All I want to do is grab hold of those adorable cheeks of hers when I look at this. What a darling she is!

When an actor, or in this case, actress, embodies a role with such conviction, it can be difficult for viewers to separate character from real person, even when it comes to style.  Cookie Lyon, the spitfire, no-nonsense, FIERCELY styled matriarch of Fox’s Empire, is known for two things: her slick talk and her fashions.  Taraji P. Henson, who plays Cookie, has developed a style all her own, though.  So much so, she’s found her footing in this world of fashion.  With the help of celebrity stylist, Jason Bolden, her style has transcended over the years, with designers like Alexander Wang and David Koma creating some memorable looks for the actress.  She’s always been the one to make heads turn, though, daring to wear what most wouldn’t.
The D.C. native has been a style savant since her early days, swaggin’ on her highschool cohorts.  Who else can take their senior photo in retro sunglasses and doorknockers?
 After breaking into Hollywood, she began to experiment a little further with fashion, sporting gaudy hair accessories with equally questionable ensembles.  Sequins and feathers anyone?  In her defense, though, the late nineties were wrought with tons of fashion faux pas.  So much so, pairing attention grabbing pieces sort of became the norm.   With time, Taraji’s wardrobe had a major overhaul.  Her overall aesthetic became more polished, incorporating cocktail length dresses and strappy heels into her looks.  With a side-swooped bang and her signature grin, she began to find her footing in this fashion game.  A little safe, but a vast improvement.   
Red carpets appearances at awards shows soon became the norm for Henson, and she quickly became one to watch.  Gorgeous strapless gowns showcase her lithe frame, while elevating her elegance.  Whether jewel encrusted, sequined, printed, or velvet, photographers can’t get enough of her red carpet wares.
 

   

When she’s not slaying in bodycon dresses…

  …she stuns in outfits with prints abound.  Emblazoned with flora and fauna or abstract designs from Mary Katrantzou, Taraji loves beautifully patterned ensembles that catch the eye.

  

  But it’s not all about fancy dresses for the award winning actress.  Sometimes, she prefers to keep it stylishly comfortable in jeans, Givenchy sneakers, or boots.  Even Cookie Lyon has to give her feet a break from all those fabulous heels.  Taraji P. Pharrell Williams is no stranger when it comes to collaborating with brands, especially Adidas. Skateboard P recently released a collection with Adidas Tennis, an all around fun and flirty capsule for both men and women. According to Adidas Tennis Twitter (@adidastennis), a handful of pieces from the vibrant ’70s line was released on August 20th, but Adidas Originals’ Twitter (@adidasorginals) confirmed that both in-store and online the collection is officially available to the public.

  The collection followed with the singer partnering up with Adidas Tennis on “Don’t Be Quiet Please” campaign which challenges individuals to be more vocal. Rihanna dropped two-color ways of her newest Fenty Puma Cleated Creeper platform today.

Rihanna kept it simple (for now), as the all-new style comes in a solid black, and a camel tone color.

According to Hot New Hip Hop, the funky new style is available on puma.com , select Puma stores, Urban Outfitters, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Titolo. Also including Madison Shoes online, Rihanna Daily (@RihannaDaily) confirmed.

The new styles are available for $160 a pop.
