It seems like everyone has a YouTube beauty channel these days. But only few can manage to garner the attention of millions of followers and powerhouse brands. This week’s beauty crush happens to be one of the few who stands above the rest. Hailing all the way from Brazil, Camila Coelho not only delves expertly into all things beauty, but she showcases her amazing style on her blog, as well as her Instagram. And we took notice.Since hitting the blogosphere in 2014 becoming Brazil’s go-to girl for all things glam, it’s not difficult to see why her tips and advice on all things beauty is so sought after. Coelho usually has a variegated shade of nude framing her pout from look to look. But she does shake things up every now and then, especially for night time. She never says no to a good smokey-eye. And when it comes to lining her tearducts with vibrant hues, she’s become a master of the art.
Gorgeous, no? This beauty’s not just a blogger, though. Like the ones who’ve amassed massive followings, she put that to good use and developed her own cosmetics line with Sigma Cosmetics called Nightlife by Camila Coelho. As for hair, she’s traded in her longer tresses for the chicest lob. The sky’s the limit for the Brazilian babe. Magazine covers, fashion shows, a makeup line and a successful blog, we can only wait with baited breath for what’s next for Coelho. What do you think of this week’s pick?

“I’m a Fashion Lifestyle blogger/ Youtuber. I became a blogger because I’ve always loved writing but also my blog is my way of being the “model” I always dreamt to be when I was a little girl.
“So I’m originally from Newyork but raised in Delaware( super random I know). But then this August I moved to Atlanta from Miami. I can’t keep still I just like experiencing different cities.”

Have you guys checked out our new Instagram page, @FashionBombAfrica? It’s all about highlighting all the stars, designers, and tastemakers from the Continent.
Today, we are featuring Cuppy @CuppyMusic, a Nigerian DJ, producer, and artist, whose hit single with Tekno, “Greenlight,” recently surpassed 2 million views on Youtube.
Who is Cuppy for those who don’t know? She says, “Cuppy is a fusion between Africa and the Western World. I’m a growing brand. Music is really my base, but I’m on a journey to find different ways to express myself.”
Tell us about your single, Greenlight. “Considering the video is about the love and relationship side of meeting someone, it’s about a girl or a guy giving you the Greenlight. Before I put out my record, I managed to build a great brand back home. I always felt like it was time for me to take things to the next level. I knew my debut single would be called Greenlight, so Greenlight for me means having the guts to finally go [and step into your destiny].”
“I sing on my song, which is very different because I’m not an artist, I’m a DJ. I don’t think I have the best voice in the world. I definitely don’t. Thank GOD for autotune. Music is changing. Greenlight is me taking it to the next level.”
What are the common misconceptions about Africa? Cuppy says, “People think in Africa, we live in mud huts. But you’ve been to Lagos and know that is totally false! Nigeria is booming, Africa is booming, there’s an economy, there’s a lot of money. There’s a lot of interest in fashion and pop culture. So it’s definitely that idea of us Africans not being as exposed. Moet et Chandon found out that Nigerian is the bigger importer of champagne. People don’t know that we love to party, we like luxe things, we love exciting stuff, we are a great consumer to have as clients.”
She continues, “There are a lot of misconceptions about fraud and aboout a lot of Nigerian’s being corrupt, but there are a lot of hard working Nigerians in this world. I feel like even if people aren’t fully Nigerian, maybe their culture is Nigerian, you’ll find that there’s this work ethic that is completely unmatched.”
What’s next for Cuppy? She says, “I want to work on an EP. There’s a lot of amazing thing going on for Afrobreats. It’s an exciting time. I want to do a lot of cool remixes. I want to bring Afrobeat to the mainstream, and remix American records with Afrobeat sounds.”
We can’t wait!

David Brewster, Jr., better known as Dave East is that ’90s stylistic rap artist straight from Harlem, NY. You either adore him because of his lyricism or because of his charming bad boy image that has most of his lady fans hashtagging him as their MCM. He is favored by many of the greats of Hip-Hop like Nas, who signed him under Mass Appeal Records and Def Jam Records; even NBA stars like Kevin Durant rocked with him due to his passion for basketball. But rapping stayed close to his heart since Harlem and Queensbridge had a heavy cultural influence on him. Cheers to our Man Crush today!
East is swaggy indeed. Since 2014, this 29-year-old has gravitated to the music and entertainment industry quite well. Amongst all of the autotune or rockstar sounds around, he manages to stand out by bringing his freestyling energy to speak to his generation about the streets of Harlem and his lifestyle.
The rapper has already charmed his way into creating his own lane in the fashion world, as he’s signed to Puma and has done small modeling gigs. Supermodel Tyra Banks even mentioned that he should pursue a modeling career.
The well-groomed rapper is killin’ the sporty, militant and streetwear appeal. He seems to be very particular about his style, nonetheless still optimistic to choose vibrant colors, prints, monograms and monochromatic looks.
Gucci everything! East adores Gucci, especially bold ensembles from the Menswear Cruise ’18 line. And he did mention on his Instagram (@daveeast) that he wore Gucci back to back for two months!
East has that minimal look, yet statement pieces are a must in his wardrobe. At times he’ll crank it up a notch with prints on prints, or with layers like a fitted patchwork or bomber jacket to complete his look.
Details are a must for this rapper. Accessories don’t make or break practically anything he throws on, it just elevates his fit even more. Designer headgear is one, which balances out his facial features and his tatted up appearance. Also, layers of small chains, rings and more give a shiny gloss to his image.
