Though Kanye West has had an Instagram handle for quite some time, he rarely, if ever updates. Still, 2.6 million eager fans have followed him, waiting for him to break his social media silence. Today, Kanye gave his followers what they were waiting for, unleashing 41 (and counting) love centered posts, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
He kicked off his posting spree with a simple note to wife Kim Kardashian, saying, “Happy Valentine’s Day babe.”
Then came a string of pictures of iconic couples, from Victoria & David Beckham to Will & Jada, Britney Spears & Kevin Federline, and more.
It’s interesting to behold, and who knows when he’ll stop. He’s at post 41, but perhaps post 50 will be Kim & Kanye…?
What do you think of Kanye’s posting proclivity?

Stella Nolasco’s Fall/Winter 2018 showcase during New York Fashion Week was more than just the clothes, but a movement! The flirty yet chic collection presented at Pier 59 Studios in NYC represented diversity within the Puerto Rican culture. Once models of color strutted down the runway with picket signs which read “Can’t Say American Without The Rican” and “We Are US Citizens” a sudden calming energy was in the air.
Nolasco presented evening wear ensembles embroidered with rosary detailing, mixed in with sheer and fringe materials. The color scheme consisted of nude tones as well as vibrant hues, including multi-striped printed pieces.
Overall, it was a fresh spin on wearable looks that could work for practically any special occasion.
Today’s Bombshell of the Day is Sarah who is a self-taught designer from Brooklyn, New York.
She writes, “I consider myself more of a visual designer. I am forced to create as I go from my thoughts instead of paper which has both its cons and benefits. I love designing from the heart and what I am feeling. I would love to be your Bombshell Of The Day and show many young designers like myself that you should also create from the heart and the fashion isn’t just what’s trending at the moment, your fashion is who you are!”

Honoring all things Black Panther this week, this week’s beauty crush hails from Ohio, was raised in Zimbabwe and starting Friday she’ll be representing Wakanda. From The Walking Dead to the big screen, Danai Gurira’s career has been nothing short of astronomical with red carpet and beauty moments to match.
The ebony-skinned beauty doesn’t need much coverage because of her smooth, glowing complexion, but her skin tone grants her the opportunity to play with lots of color. From ravishing reds to pretty pinks and shades of plum, the pops of color definitely work in her favor. Lashes and vivid eyeliner add subtle drama to the eyes, elevating her look each and every time.
For the role of Okoye, Gurira’s Black Panther character, she traded in those Walking Dead locks for a shaved head, embodying the role wholeheartedly. She was admittedly nervous about it initially, but now rocks it like no other, even working in a few designs.
Stunning, no? We’re excited to see what else the actress and playwright has in store for the rest of the year, though given all the buzz surrounding Black Panther, she’s definitely going to be busy for a while.
For more of this week’s beauty crush, spy our gallery above! What say you to this week’s pick, and will you be watching Black Panther this weekend?
Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated Black Panther hits the big screen on Friday February 16 and we’ve received a number of requests asking what to wear to show up and show out for the film’s premiere weekend.
Reader @iamashantii from Instagram writes, “In anticipation of the Black Panther movie release, do you plan to do a What To Wear Black Panther edition? I think it would be well received.”
For a casual chic look, dress up a graphic Black Panther tee with a leather embossed blazer and a pair of black high-waist skinny jeans.
Pull the look together with a pair of fringe embellished sandals, a canvas and brown snakeskin top-handle bag, gold bangles, and a pearl-embellished wide belt.
For your second wardrobe option, dress up a “Queen” slogan print t-shirt with a black velvet blazer and a pair of Stella Jean tribal print high-waist pants.
Add the finishing touch with an acrylic ark bag, black cutout suede booties, gold chandelier tassel earrings, and a stack of gold bangles.
Reader Kristina writes, “Hey, have you thought of doing a Black Panther/Movie Premiere kind of post? I’m going and I’m looking for some inspiration.”
Opt for bold animal prints in a jacquard print bodysuit styled with black jeans and a zebra print trench coat in a rich red clay hue.
To complete the look, add a few statement accessories with a fox head embellished leather handbag, cutout leather lace-up sandals, a gold tassel necklace, and beaded wood bracelets.
Today’s Bombshell of the day is Pe’a Monique from NY, NY.
She writes, “I describe my personal style as Chill. I hate to be dressed up. I wear casual basics with a key item like a dope jacket or shoe to make a statement and bring my look together. I also chose cool cuts, shapes, or prints to give a look as well. Always little effort and never overdone.”
