Ranging from $50-$200 this Indian wavy pattern is considered to be the least maintenance of the Indian hair textures.
With a natural loose body wave that allows great versatility & body when styling, this texture works great when blending soft medium coarse grades of hair.
Happy Friday bombers and bombshells! We hope to see a lot of you at Conversations with Claire in DC on Sunday. If you didn’t get your ticket yet, buy one here. Before we jump into the weekend and throw on some shiny shoes for the big event, we’re brining you this weeks hottest looks. Chosen by your Instagram likes, these are the ladies who you deemed worthy for best look of the week:
These two ladies have a serious style! Chloe x Halle attended the Wearable Art Gala donning embroidered gowns by Yanina Couture. The gorgeous duo are a match made in fashion heaven when it comes to their looks. They always manage to wear complementing looks whether they’re on a red carpet or just a daily outing and they’re consistently flawless. Beautiful, ladies!
Our sister site, @FashionBombAfrica is the go-to page for amazing styles from the continent from celebs, bloggers, designers and more who deserve the recognition. This week, blogger @Seretix landed in our top 5 looks and we can see why! This bombshell was draped in a custom pink abaya and teamed it with peach wide leg Alice + Olivia pants. She topped her look off with a Gucci fedora and readers we’re loving it. @paristwotrill wrote, “This is true slayage, sheesh!” Sheesh is right! These colors look amazing together and definitely pops on Seretix’s melanin.
Another Wearable Art Gala attendee to grace our top 5 looks this week is Lala! She showed up and out to the Waco to Wakanda themed event flaunting her curves in a Sergio Hudson dress. The top of the dress featured an African print paying homage to the theme of the event. Lala accessorized with hair jewels that added the finishing touch to her Wakanda-inspired look. Hot!
Hello Mrs. Davis! Keyshia Ka’oir stepped out with her hubby, Gucci Mane in Vegas and it’s safe to say she stole the show. Keyshia’s looks can sometimes fall flat with our readers, but you all were feeling this! She wore a Rachel Zoe metallic fringe dress and spiced it up by adding a waist belt to show off that snatched waist. From the silver hair, to the sparkly dress, and shoes — she served! If you’re feeling her look, snag a dress and add your own flair how Keyshia did.
Yara Shahidi kept it cute at the Hollywood Reporter x Jimmy Choo party showing off her teeny waist in a Rosie Assoulin drawstring crop top and pleated skirt. She toned the colors down in the skirt by pairing it with a neutral top and shoes with a hint of color in her glam. Yara has such an effortless style, simply stunning!
For decades, Supermodel Naomi Campbell has trail-blazed her way through the industry as an iconic model and legend to fashion history. This summer, she will be honored for the highly coveted Fashion Icon Award at the Council of Fashion Designer’s of America (CFDA) Awards.
Yesterday Vogue announced the ground breaking news, “Naomi Campbell will receive the Fashion Icon award at the June 4 CFDA Awards ceremony. In accepting the honor, Campbell joins the ranks of past icons Rihanna, Beyoncé, David Bowie, Pharrell Williams, and Kate Moss, just to name a few. “It is truly an honor to be recognized by the CFDA with this year’s Fashion Icon Award,” said Campbell. “Being from London, my personal style has always been tremendously influenced by both the dynamic, ever-changing nature of street culture and the music scene. I grew up in this industry and I’m forever grateful to the iconic American fashion designers that have supported me and celebrated me throughout my career.”
Naomi is so deserving for the icon award and we can’t wait to watch her continue to build her legacy. The awards takes place on June 4th and will be hosted by Issa Rae, the first ever female host to grace the stage. It will be a historic night, indeed.

Today we have a designer dispatch from LA! Introducing Perry White, and brand whose mission is to, “provide the multi dimensional woman or man with adaptive wearables that allow the individual to flow through the day with effortless ease.”
Design was always in Perry White’s blood. He says, I was bitten by the design bug at a very young age, as a small child I would watch my mom as she made clothing for private clients as a means of supporting our family. I remember being fascinated as I watched her crafting garments and would try to mimic what she was doing. She would give me her leftover scraps, a sewing needle and thread and allow me to “live out my dreams.” Fast forward a few years, as a teen, I became known as the kid in the Neighborhood that could make cloths and was once of referred to as a fashion designer. I had no I what that was but I loved the sound of it and once I found out the meaning I knew what I born to do.”
He continues, “The Perry White customer is about fashion and functionality, they are the individuals that believe that the garments that you wear must not only make a statement of confidence and self awareness but must also speak to conciseness of the times that we live in.”
Tap Mr. White for everything form latex garment to red carpet ready gowns (Cookie Johnson is a fan).
White continues, “The Perry White brand is different from other clothing companies in that I have dedicated much of my design career to customizing clothing for private clients, and I try to bring that experience to my online customer base, in that we are able to cut and sew garments that are out of stock, right in our design studio, in an effort to go above and beyond and keep out “clients” happy, and wardrobes them in the Perry White Styles that want to purchase regardless of the season.”
Sounds bomb! See more and purchase at www.perrywhite.la.
