Celebs don’t always tag the brands they wear: that’s why you have us!
After @immaculate_e_ wrote, “I already know people have started to ask about this look, where is this from 😩😩😩, ” We were able to find that #kyliejenner enjoyed vacation in a Vashtie dress by #blackowned British brand @loudbrandstudios.

We even added them to our 2nd list: 100 more black designers you should know! But still #loudbrandstudios supporters wanted @kyliejenner to tag, and accused her of not supporting #blackownedbrands. They also accused her of deleting comments tagging the brand.

Our take: some celebs choose to tag, some are paid to tag, it is really their prerogative. A celebrity of Kylie Jenner’s status could be paid upwards of $1 million for a tag (remember, her sister, Kendall, was paid $250,000 for a Fyre Island Instagram post). Besides, if she paid for the dress, she doesn’t have to (though it would be nice if she did).

Fashion editor and Menswear stylist Victor Lopez collaborated on the Vanity Teen Magazine shoot by Parsons alumni Kevin Sikorski, featuring Theboys models supermodel in the making Jovan Clark.

This Summer is all about experimenting with the classics in fashion, mixed with unexpected pieces. Jovan’s first look is a HELMUNT LANG monogram sweatsuit. His second look is a COS twill shirt jacket with elasticated pants and a classic RalphLauren graphic logo hoodie. Playing with textures and combining prints to enhance classic separates, this way of dressing gives a certain confidence in your choices.

Sai Sankoh Releases Her Portrait of a Lady Resort 2020 Collection

Sai Sankoh released her Resort 2020 Portrait of a Lady Collection today, with select pieces available on FashionBombDailyShop.com.

From San Sankoh, “Inspired by her travels to Italy and Africa her motherland, this is her best work as far as pushing her creative boundaries and bringing her vision to life. The original theme for this campaign was ‘A Tourist in Tuscany’ and was supposed to be shot in Italy in March and but due to the severity of the COVID19 pandemic, it had to be postponed. “

“The new theme “Portrait of a Lady” was shot in Dallas and portrays the different looks and personalities of a woman while the floral and sunset background mimics the Tuscan scenery. “

The lookbook features a striking melanin rich model, surrounded by copious flowers of various hues.

Saweetie had a Icy 90’s themed birthday party on 4th of July, she wore a custom design by Khala Whitney.

The two piece vertical striped jumpsuit featured Karl Kani’s signature logo on the jogging pants, and was actually made using Karl Kani’s Amherst Rugby T-Shirts! Designer Khala Whitney thanked the brand for providing the Tee’s.

Saweetie’s extended nails, sneakers and gold jewelry, added to the 90’s theme. She was styled by Sankara Xasha Ture.

Erykah Badu ‘s beautiful daughter Puma took to Instagram to display her red hot birthday slay! Celebrity hair stylist Iam_Jonathan_ says, “[It was] My honor” to Erykah’s request to slay her baby as he wished Puma a happy birthday.

Jonathan gave the gorgeous 16-year-old a ombre red color with dark ends and light roots. The soft curls added glam to an already glamourour young woman.

Bomb Product of the Day: Saint Laurent Studded Black Pumps

Studs have a way of adding a flair of ‘rock chic’ to pieces. Whether it’s a leather jacket, a bag or as simple as a t-shirt, studs tend to elevate an item and make it look edgy.

Saint Laurent have managed to use delicate small studs to do the opposite, creating an almost polka-dot like pattern on a pair of their classic pumps. To complete the look, the designer included wrap around ankle straps.

As we have seen lately, the humble wrap around ankle strap is having a bit of a moment right now. The latest trend is to use the straps on the outside of the bottom of your pants to create a make-shift cuff. Extra style points if you opt for tailored pants.
