Womenswear label House of CB hosted a special dinner in West Hollywood in honor of their Black Orchid Collection. Celebrities, influencers, and other fashion professionals were spied on the scene including Jackie Aina, Madison Pettis, and Bec Gross to name a few. Also in attendance, we spotted Lori Harvey who delivered a stunning style moment in all black.

Lori Harvey wore House of CB’s $209 Grazia dress, which appears as a black satin dress with a structured underwired corset and sweetheart neckline. She paired the dress with stud earrings, black heeled sandals, and a mini black quilted velvet Chanel bag.

Serena Williams and husband Alexis Ohanian Sr. attended the Robin Hood Gala in NYC. With Ohanian as a co-chair of the event, they raised over $77 million to assist New York communities in need. For the benefit event, the two kept it dapper and stylish with their looks.

Serena Williams wore the $306 Alamour “Gilda” black asymmetrical crystal-embellished dress, styled by Kesha McLeod. The dress was paired with $35.50 Nude Barre fishnet tights and jewelry pieces from her Serena Williams Jewelry line. In another pic, Williams was seen in a pair of Nike sneakers while rocking her dress.

Alexis Ohanian opted for a classic tailored navy suit including a blazer jacket, trousers, white shirt, and blue tie.

An excerpt, ” Last night, cult favorite and luxury brand Bottega Veneta showed in an interesting location: Detroit, Michigan.“

The show, dubbed Salon 03, took place at the Detroit theater, a tribute to Creative Director Daniel Lee’s love of music. Fittingly, musicians Mary J Blige, Kehlani, and Lil Kim populated the front row.

Stylist Jeremy Haynes, who attended the show, said he was shocked when he received the invitation. He said, “I got the invite about a month ago, and at first thought Ugh, I don’t want to go to Detroit! Besides the show wasn’t taking place during normal fashion week. But they spared no expense. It was beautiful.”

While most fashion houses tend to stick to traditional fashion capitals: New York, Paris, Milan, or London, Bottega Veneta, along with many other brands, are breaking new ground at unexpected locales.

Chlöe Bailey had a full day of activities yesterday during her visit to Atlanta, including stopping by Spelman College and finishing her evening off with a courtside view of the Atlanta Hawks and Dallas Mavericks game.

For her visit to Spelman, Chlöe wore an Osman Yousefzada x Alex Beattie blue abstract print jumpsuit, styled by Nikki Cortez. She paired the look with a $1,050 Gucci wide waist logo belt, black heels, and hoop earrings.

She was also spied at the Hawks vs. Mavericks game later that evening, wearing the same jumpsuit and Gucci belt while sitting courtside next to rapper Gunna. She swapped her original hoop earrings for a wider pair and added a pair of black shades to go along with the look.

Of course, the snapshot moment of the two caused quite a stir on the internet, leaving fans to speculate if the two could be dating and whether Chlöe or Gunna was drinking Dasani water (side note: many social media users have dubbed Dasani as the “worst” water brand, giving it a bad rep).

Back in September following her epic performance at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards, Gunna seemingly “shot his shot” at the singer. On his Instagram story, he posted the viral photo of Chlöe licking her microphone along with the caption that read “it’s the [tongue emoji] for me”.

Lil Nas X was honored with his very own day, titled “Lil Nas X Day”, in Atlanta by the city’s council. For the momentous occasion, Broadcast Music, Inc., or BMI, held a dinner in honor of the Montero artist. Many familiar faces attended the party in support of the music artist and the declaration of his special day.

For the party, Lil Nas X wore a $2,860 Dsquared2 Tokyo velvet blazer paired with a black button-up shirt, trousers, and square toe boots. He also wore a butterfly pendant necklace and stud earrings.

Chloe Bailey wore a $7,869 Alexandre Vauthier rhinestone-embellished wrap mini dress with black heels and drop earrings.

Kandi Burruss grabbed a flick with Lil Nas X wearing a $495 Alice and Olivia Bradford Wool Stacey cardigan paired with black biker shorts and chain-detail leather ankle boots.

FABYs 2018 Executive of the Year Kim Blackwell posed with Kandi Burruss wearing a $3,900 Louis Vuitton lurex monogram sleeveless pullover and monogram patent ankle boots paired with jeans. She also wore jewelry pieces such as necklaces, bracelets, and hoop earrings.
