The nominees of this category are style geniuses who dress our favorite celebrity figures in head-turning looks from street style to the red carpet. Without further ado, we would like to present this year’s 2021 Stylist of the Year nominees:

1. Law Roach

Image architect Law Roach is a force to be reckoned with, posing as the mastermind behind Zendaya, Anya Taylor-Joy, Tiffany Haddish, Lewis Hamilton, and Kerry Washington’s most captivating looks this year and the list doesn’t stop there. Because of his noteworthy keen eye for style, he was named Hollywood Reporter‘s Stylist of the Year and Footwear News‘ Style Influencer of the Year. Additionally, the stylist’s signature touch largely contributed to Zendaya’s recently-gained title of CFDA Fashion Icon of 2021.

2. Kollin Carter

When you hear the name Kollin Carter, you can’t help but think of all the stunning looks worn by rapper and fashionista Cardi B. The longtime duo is always quenching our fashion thirsts with over-the-top looks and undeniably glamorous couture, delivering endless style moments from the red carpet to event appearances. Cardi B’s Paris Fashion Week ensembles alone were perhaps one of the most highly-anticipated fashion moments of the year.

3. Elly Karamoh

Elly Karamoh is the style genius behind television host Steve Harvey and his most buzzwothy looks of the year. Named last year’s Most Fashionable Man at our Faby’s Awards, Steve Harvey has become a major fashion icon in the last year, gaining social media attention for his eye-catching looks styled by Karamoh.

Harvey’s denim Dolce and Gabbana ensemble, green Bottega Veneta look from his Paris Trip with wife Marjorie Harvey, and purple Dolce and Gabbana suit for the Isley Brothers and Earth, Wind and Fire Verzuz garnered lots of social media buzz including memes as well as served as the host and actor’s most stylish looks created by Elly Karamoh. Other big style moments by the stylist include Lori Harvey’s red leopard Tom Ford look and Tyler Perry’s Armani look at the 93rd annual Academy Awards.

4. Maeve Reilly

It’s no secret that figures like Megan Fox, Lori Harvey, and Hailey Bieber are the industry’s style crushes at the moment and we can thank stylist Maeve Reilly for their looks. Whether stepping out for a stroll or a red carpet event, Reilly leaves her celeb clientele pap-ready and dressed to the nines at all times.

It is not uncommon for muses of Wayman and Micah to land on everyone’s best dressed list for major events as the stylist duo always pull and curate the most captivating looks for celebrities like Regina King, Tessa Thompson, Colman Domingo, Jennifer Hudson and Logan Browning.

Regina King’s custom blue Louis Vuitton gown for the 2021 Oscars, Jennifer Hudson’s custom gold Dolce and Gabbana look for the brand’s Alta Moda show in Italy, and Saweetie’s endless 2021 EMAs looks cover a few of the pair’s most show-stopping style moments from the past year.

7. Jeremy Haynes

As a go-to stylist for Atlanta’s most elite socialites, Jeremy Haynes is the style director behind your favorite reality television stars’ most incredibly-fab looks. Names like Monica, Toya Johnson, Reginae Carter, Lala, and Porsha Williams are amongst his growing list of patrons, with these ladies popping on everyone’s fashion radar matched with anticipations from fans of their next looks.

Under the style eye of Haynes, we were blessed with bomb looks such as Porsha Williams’ Ese Azenabor black embellished dress for the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 10 reunion, the cast of Married to Medicine‘s pink-themed reunion looks, and Xscape’s all-black outfits for their Verzuz with SWV.

8. Jason Rembert

Stylist and Aliétte designer Jason Rembert has a signature flare for capturing the essence of his clients through vibrant hues and trims of high fashion pulls. His stylings have graced figures like Lizzo, Issa Rae, Mary J. Blige, SZA, Marsai Martin, and Lil Baby to name a few.

Some of our favorite style moments from the stylist include Issa Rae’s shimmering Aliétte dress matched her with gold grills for the 2021 Emmys, Mary J. Blige’s Bottega Veneta moment at the brand’s Detroit show, and Lizzo’s Norma Kamali white dress for her birthday.

9. Jason Bolden

When it comes to Cynthia Erivo, Yara Shahidi, Alicia Keys and Taraji P. Henson and their can’t-miss looks, you can give thanks and hand claps to Jason Bolden. The creative director, stylist, and art and luxury collector always manages to put together the most remarkable red carpet looks and uber-chic press day ensembles that satisfy your fashion hunger.

Unforgettable looks from this year by Bolden include Storm Reid’s custom Prada look for The Suicide Squad premiere, Angelina Jolie in Balmain for the Eternals premiere, Lori Harvey’s dazzling gold Prada gown, and Cynthia Erivo’s neon green Valentino moment at the 2021 Golden Globe Awards.

10. Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn

Style duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn simply can do no wrong, delivering the glitz and glam we long for with their star-studded roster of celebrity clients. Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum, Rita Ora, Gwen Stefani, and Cara Delevingne make up the pairs’ regulars, with the two also styling Ciara on a few occasions this year.

As one to always watch, stylist KJ Moody has served some top-tier looks this year for Beyoncé, Chlöe Bailey and Kelly Rowland. In fact, he is behind Queen Bey’s style takeover of Europe where she donned many looks which included labels like Dior, Valentino, and Balmain.

Kelly Rowland’s custom green Michael Costello gown, model Aweng Chuol’s red Rita Vinieris look, and Chlöe Bailey’s Dolce and Gabbana blazer dress ensemble are amongst the acclamimed looks put together by KJ Moody.

With her parents being seasoned in the game of fashion, it was only a matter of time before we saw Lori dripped in vintage Roberto Cavalli or tip toeing on a beach in white and navy Dior. Add in GQ’s Sexiest Man Alive of 2020, actor Michael B Jordan and his casual yet stylish attire and you have a young couple who could possibly snatch the title.

3. Steve & Marjorie Harvey

Steve Harvey has always been a man know for his suits. The term “Steve Harvey Suit” has become a standard in the community when referring to someone dressed nice, even with the suit line actually being available in stores. With all the memes surrounding his attire it has never been said that his attire wasn’t up to par. He’s usually in the latest from satin Fendi coats to rocking an all green Bottega Veneta look in Paris.

Marjorie is also a force on her own. She slays in the slopes in Louis Vuitton lambskin, turns heads at Paris Fashion Week in Schiaparelli, and continues to be in the discussion of “Who Wore It Better.” Her style is sultry yet very classy. Steve and Marjorie always compliment each other impeccably.

Taking the number 2 spot on our Top 10 Best Dressed for the event, they opted for classic black looks. Gabrielle gleamed in sheer black Alexandre Vauthier while Dwyane rocked a black Gucci suit. These two are always hand in hand showing the world their unique and playful style, whether in matching paisley patterned pants at home or complimentary Valentino looks celebrating their anniversary.

When it comes to men’s fashion Fabolous is a name that’s often mentioned and heavily defended. His play on colors and proportions are un matched. Although streetwear is strong point Fabulous cleans up nice and is no stranger to tailored or custom luxury attire. Emily B always looks stunning along his side.

7. Justin & Hailey Bieber

Hailey and Justin Beiber’s style is pretty clean and casual, with Hailey taking the forefront as being the more “flashy” of the two. The young model showcases fantastic street style, whether effortlessly giving looks in denim Balenciaga logo jeans or sporting the latest sneakers accessorized with Bottega Veneta.

8. Jeezy and Jeannie Mai

Ever since they’ve tied the knot Jeezy and Jeannie Mai have been popping out left and right, baby bump and all. Jeanie Mai’s romantic chic style accommodates Jeezy’s debonair style. From getting married dressed in a Galia Lahav dress and veil, to Jeezy celebrating his birthday in metalic pink pants by Teo Flor, they are definitely growing into a fashionable family.

Ciara is always in the discussion when it comes to “best dressed” of the evening, whether she is attending the Met Gala nailing the “America: Lexicon of Fashion” theme for this year dressed in a Dundas sequin jersey dress, or a spending a romantic evening in Venice with her husband Russell Wilson, rocking a tie die Charlotte Knowles ensemble the looks just keep on coming.

10. Cardi B & Offset

This couple is young, popping, and spare no expense when it comes to killer threads. One thing that is currently un matched is the execution and preciseness of each look Cardi B gives. It’s as if once she serves a look, it belongs to her forever. The couture looks worn by the young artist while hosting the 2021 American Music Awards, including the gold Schiaparelli mask with Swarovski piercings, were a few of the many show stopping looks this year.

Offset’s style is evolving as he is showing that he isn’t one to shy away from taking fashion risk. Unique textures and interesting silhouettes have proving to work in his favor. He has even modeled for Balenciaga’s Summer 2022 collection. When the two aren’t fitted in high end couture you can catch them feeding off of each other’s flyness.

Kardashian mother Kris Jenner is usual beaming from head to toe. Always very regal she is usually spotted in a fitted blazer or midi dress. Brands like Dolce and Gabanna, Vivienne Westwood, and Alexander McQueen are “everyday” wear for the socialite.

Steve Harvey was spotted in Dubai celebrating the 50th anniversary of the United Arab Emirates foundation, marking this momentous time as its Golden Jubilee. Kicking off the celebratory 4-day festivities, the television host kept it stylish in a red look.

Steve Harvey wore a Louis Vuitton Spring 2019 red shirt and trousers, styled by Elly Karamoh. Karamoh pulled this look together with the intention of honoring the late designer Virgil Abloh. This look worn by Harvey comes from the Spring/Summer 2019 collection which was his first collection and show as Louis Vuitton’s creative director for its menswear line. Karamoh expressed in an Instagram post, “The Spring 2019 Louis Vuitton collection was the start of a new generation coming into its own. RIP Virgil Abloh.“

The look was completed with red slide sandals and gold sunglasses.

Rihanna wore a Miu Miu Fall/Winter 2021 quilted patent bomber jacket paired with a $611 Martine Rose oversized track jacket and $545 wide leg track pants. She also sported a pair of $995 Balenciaga Knife boots as her footwear selection. Rouding up the look, she accessorized with $650 Miu Miu Nappa leather gloves and $360 Loewe Paula’s Ibiza sunglasses in white.

A$AP Rocky wore a Gucci Fall/Winter 2021 fleece-lined appliquéd wool-set bomber jacket paired with Carhartt relaxed fit tapered leg jeans. Mary J. Blige dropped two new singles today titled “Amazing” featuring DJ Khaled and “Good Morning Gorgeous”. Promoting the new music earlier this week, she unveiled the singles’ cover artwork where she stunned in designer looks.

For the “Amazing” cover, Mary J. Blige wore a $28,000 Bottega Veneta Fall 2021 shearling coat with padded tails in butter. The dramatic coat was paired with a nude mesh corset, snakeskin underwear, and over-the-knee boots. For accessories, she went with gold brown-tinted aviator sunglasses, Sister Love bamboo earrings, and a stack of necklaces.

For the “Good Morning Gorgeous” artwork, she wore a Roberto Cavalli Spring 2022 black cutout o-ring detail maxi dress. The look was rounded off with Jennifer Fisher hoop earrings and gold bracelets.

Zendaya has done it again, delivering yet another head-turning style moment on the red carpet. She attended the Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris, joined by boyfriend and actor Tom Holland. Walking the red carpet, she was spotted in a captivating black dress that revealed an intricate design on the back.

Zendaya wore a Roberto Cavalli Fall/Winter 2000 dress, which was revamped by the brand’s creative director Fausto Puglisi. From the front, the dress appears as a simple, body-hugging black evening dress. However, the back then unveils her skin which is graced with an elaborate golden metal spine metal detail matched with draping chains.

Finishing off the ensemble, she went with black pumps and Jennifer Fisher large gold hoop earrings. Her look was styled by Law Roach.

The 2021 CFDA Fashion Icon snagged a flick with her boyfriend Tom Holland, who opted for a classic black and white tuxedo.
